Ótimo custo-benefício, superou minhas expectativas
Pros:

Boa localização e café da manhã. Processo de check-in e check-out rápido, o que foi importante na hora de deixar o hotel pois tinha pressa para chegar a outro local.

Pouca simpatia dos funcionários , passei 7 dias lá e parece que nem sabiam quem eu era. Falei com pelo menos cinco recepcionistas em vários horários, nenhum sem exceção sorriu ou deu um comprimento descente, um bom dia um boa tarde ...nada . Todos parecem trabalhar no automático. Algumas vezes passei pela portaria e a recepcionista estava na rua fumando. Isso é facilmente visto pelas câmeras. Gerente não sei se tem mas, deveria orientar melhor. Teve um dia que pedi limpeza no quarto, tenho o hábito de deixar a cama arrumada ao sair, voltei não tinham limpado. Liguei na recepção pedi limpeza, aproveitei enquanto saia para almoçar. Voltei não tinham limpado. Liguei novamente... veio uma camareira e disse nessas palavras. " O Sr tem que jogar tudo no chão que daí será trocado". Eu pedi desculpas pois não fui informado disso. Nos outros dias deixei a cama arrumada como sempre deixo. Ao chegar não esperava que tivessem arrumado mas, estava tudo trocado e o quarto bem limpo. Então não é preciso jogar tudo no chão como ela me falou. Outra coisa que percebi foi que o vaso sanitário estava solto no 416. Deixar um copo no frigobar pode ajudar no consumo das bebidas.
Espero que esse texto sirva de reflexão para melhorias. Fazer eventualmente cursos com funcionário ajuda a melhorar o atendimento. Comunicação é tudo ! Trabalhar com o público tem que ter perfil.
