El hotel es semi-nuevo y nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y olía bien. También la cama estaba super cómoda y el estacionamiento venía incluido. Aunque nos dijeron que daban un desayuno americano, al final desayunamos huevitos, frijol y chilaquiles con café. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

Es molesto estar dejando la llave, da inseguridad para tus cosas en la habitación, el personal de limpieza no recoge las cosas de forma correcta y en el desayuno “incluido” pésimo servicio de las personas que atienden , te tratan muy mal y despota, pero el servicio de recepción es super amable el personal y están atentos de tus necesidades

Ojo… sale más económico reservar directo en el hotel que en la aplicación…. Y se supone que por medio de la aplicación lo recomiendan por ser más económico…. Yo no lo recomiendo ya….. me salió más barata la segunda noche directo con el hotel

El recepcionista que me recibió actúa como si conocieras el hotel, le tuve que preguntar donde estaba el elevador o escaleras para subir a las habitaciones, le tuve que preguntar donde estaba el comedor. Creo le hace falta dar información al dar las habitaciones. El personal en general es muy amable y limpios los cuartos. Creo los jabones pequeños de barra ya son a la antigua pero es mi humilde opinión, ya que por el precio considero podrían ofrecer más.

Complicado checkin al haber reservado en Expedia, tardaron más de media hora en entregar la habitación por lo mismo, difícil controlar el agua caliente, el segundo día no nos dieron desayuno porque les llegó un grupo grande y no lo tenían contemplado .

El personal administrativo del escritorio de admisión es muy falto de educación y amabilidad, son groseros y faltan al respeto a un@. Son muy abusivos en la presentación del hotel ofrecen desayuno pero no anuncian que el lunes no lo dan. Cada vez que un@ viene sacan fotocopia de la credencial de elector y la tarjeta de crédito. Eso es un abuso
