The refrigerator, the set up of the bathroom
It was a little smaller than I thought
Tractor Trailors very loud on the side I was on...
I had an extremely upsetting experience at this hotel. I was only on the property for about an hour, yet I experienced harassment from staff and was later charged for things I did not authorize, which I consider fraudulent.
Not even an hour into our stay, staff falsely claimed that the fire alarms were going off because of us. We were also accused of smoking in the room, despite the fact that there are security cameras that could confirm my partner smoked outside, not inside the property.
They escalated the situation by calling the police on us without justification and refused to refund my payment. After we left, they even attempted to withdraw an additional charge from my bank account without authorization. When I called the hotel to resolve the issue, the staff were unprofessional and hung up on me.
Most concerning was the way I was spoken to and treated, which I believe was influenced by bias. No guest should ever feel disrespected or discriminated against while traveling.
I’ve reported the incident to the hotel management and relevant authorities, but I want to share this to warn other travelers. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and implements better training and oversight to ensure all guests are treated with respect and honesty.
Room was adequate , cracks in shower,
Mold under sink in bathroom, informed rep at check out.
Attention to detail
$100 deposit was required for damages. The room was run down, hole punched in bathroom door, safety chain on door broken, exhaust fan above shower falling out of ceiling, ends of shower rod held together with duck tape. I could go on. Free Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time. Had to use my phone data and just read an email saying I was approaching my data limit with 15 days left. Would never go there again and I can’t believe you rent rooms for them. Never use you again.
There was an odor in my room like mothballs.
Price and location
The 100$ deposit charge to my cc. And two weeks later I haven't received my refund.
The motel is clean. Big parking lot. Food options are very close. It’s 20 mins from Philly. Easy access in and out of the city. We stay here for work to get in the city quickly and right back out.
The properly was very clean and a good value for the money. Frankly the outside surrounding areas are not somewhere you want to be at night. During my stay someone called the the landline phone in my motel room at 2am while I was sleeping but I didn’t answer it.
If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay I would recommend it but if you have children I would recommend looking elsewhere. The property looks like it was recently renovated.
My stay as a Black woman at this Indian-owned hotel was defined by racial prejudice and targeted harassment from management and staff. Staff targeted me with rudeness immediately and subjected me to intrusive, near-daily disturbances. The most egregious incident involved staff falsely claiming my refrigerator needed replacement (it was fully functional) used to justify staff attempting to key into my room (while I was dressing) forcing me to rush to the door. This blatant disregard for my privacy and safety is inexcusable. This wasn't isolated; I witnessed other Black guests enduring similar discriminatory treatment. The hotel's ownership actively fosters an environment where such racist harassment is permissible. They utterly failed their duty of care to a paying guest. This company must be held responsible for enabling a culture of abuse. Do not support this business.
Iit was an okay stay...
