It was a great stay. I didn't want to leave.
Pros:

They did not offer breakfast but there was a Wawa across the street so that wasn't a problem. The hotel room was small but nice, clean, and quiet. It was good for the price. Some of the rooms even have hot tubs. About 5 minutes from the hotel, there was a great affordable authentic Mexican restaurant (Cocina Oaxaquena) which aside from great food, had Mexican groceries, and toys. And they deliver. There is a Burger King also across the street from the hotel, and a gas station nearby as well. The location was affordable and it felt safe. The staff was very caring. I loved it! I will be staying there often.

Cons:

The pillows are a bit soft. You need the four pillows to prop up your head. A little firmer would be better. Everything else was great. They even had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Decent for a quick overnight
Pros:

Close to the soccer tournament and priced decently for a one night stay. The room was a good size and pretty clean. The room itself was renovated well and had a refrigerator, TV, and microwave.

Cons:

When we first got to the room it was hot and we had to figure out how to get the AC on. The room was renovated well but the bathroom was in need of a refresh. The bed was pretty hard and the doors to the hallway/stairwell can be heard from the room, so it was hard to sleep. Bring a sound machine and your own blanket/pillow to be more comfortable.
