I would stay there again!
Pros:

Muffins where delicious ,very clean eating area . Pool area very nice ! Coffee maker in the rooms for me is a big plus .

Cons:

The wooden deck, porch and stairs could use a stain or be painted and that would make the motel buildings really look nice !

Excellent stay!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. An added bonus was the continental breakfast, the coffee was great and the muffins were fresh.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great! Just minutes from the beaches.
The shops in the area closed early and I needed a last-minute gift before leaving. The owners went out of their way to give me a shot glass since I was unable to purchase one. That was definitely above and beyond, for which I am very grateful.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have the opportunity to visit Maine.

Pros:

Always a comfortable, clean room. Love the bbqs…been going to this hotel since 1992!! There is a reason we keep returning. AC unit in room 18 was a little loud, but we considered it white noise to sleep. See you next year!

It is always great to make this my home base when in this area!
Pros:

Everything went well! My room was comfortable and quiet with good black out curtains! Very clean smelling (not perfuming) Comfortable seating in the room with table and a sofa. Beans for breakfast…that is one reason I keep returning! All of the staff are professional, helpful and friendly! LOVE THIS PLACE!

A hidden gem nearby Moody Beach, wonderful house with amazing staff.
Pros:

We stayed here for the second time and it was exactly as we had remembered. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The pool is very clean and the breakfast freshly made and wonderful. the staff is amazing. Whatever we asked them for got fulfilled.

This is a slightly older property but very clean and a great location for the off-season price!
Pros:

It is very conveniently located for Ogunquit/Wells! Parking is right near your door. The entrance was bright and clean.

Cons:

I mentioned this to the front desk as I was leaving so I hoped they addressed it, but the hot water in Unit 21 was only lukewarm.
