Pros:

Pros:

Hotel was great but one bartender in specific kept bringing up his sexual preference after being told multiple times that nobody cares and people are people. he then refused to give drinks and would walk off very rudely. Came here for business but will be moving hotels.

Double charged and had to argue to fix it. Room downgraded without notice, but they did make it right ONLY after I insisted on a discount

good location, clean, and had everything we needed
Pros:

we went for girls night and it was perfect, full bar and restaurant with breakfast (we didn’t eat) king room was clean, location is great, close to hwy mall restaurants etc

Awesome clean and modern hotel.
Pros:

Awesome experience with Emily and Carrie. I called and talked to Emily about staying there and she got me sent to reservations and room booked. Emily actually checked is in and remembered I called earlier. Very personable and great customer service.

Carrie was working bar and made the whole night very enjoyable. Always on top Of my drinks and friendly to talk to as well.
