Lovely Spring stay in Palma. In a great location.
Pros:

Location facilities were good

Cons:

We stayed in late March air conditioning doesn’t work to cool only to heat.
As our room had a veranda we could not leave open at night so room got very warm.

Pros:

L’emplacement, en bordure du centre de Palma. Une très belle vue depuis le roof top. Un excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Je trouve que le matelas était trop ferme et donc manquait de confort. Pas de renouvellement des bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre.

Emplacement piscine propreté. Petit déjeuner très bon et produits de qualité

Cons:

Pourrait être mieux isolé. On entend beaucoup le bruit des gens qui circulent dans les couloirs.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

The location was wonderful allowing great and easy access to explore Palma from.
The roof top bar offered amazing views and a great place for a drink in the afternoon/evening sunshine.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard for us and it would have been great to have a choice of a feather/down pillow as an alternative to synthetic.

Wonderful Palma
Pros:

The position near to the main street and Cathedral as well as Corte Ingles for breakfast 😋

Cons:

Only a small issue no pen, note pad and kettle in the room.

Hôtel chaleureux, idéalement situé pour visiter Palma
Pros:

Bel hôtel, parfaitement équipé et moderne, très bien situé proche du Centre de Palma, SPA très appréciable, même si petit, accueil charmant (mention spéciale à la jeune réceptionniste qui parle très bien français ! )

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 2 nuit et notre chambre a été oubliée apparemment pour le nettoyage ...pas très grave mais dommage pour cette catégorie d'hôtel; et les chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyantes.
