Could have been better.

Close to everything in the city.

Cons:

Check out procedure could have been managed better. As we walked up to reception to hand back the access cards, a very entitled woman ran past us and pushed in front of us. I asked ‘what are you doing?’ She turned around and simply waved her hand at us . Although David at reception apologised on her behalf he should never had served her before as he clearly knew that she pushed in. That was very disappointing.

Pros:

The staff were helpful, and the location was great.

Cons:

The breakfast looked exceptional but it was cold to cold to enjoy. This was so disappointing because the staff were so attentive and fabulous. But the bacon, eggs and tomatoes were cold.

Cockroaches.
Pros:

It was fine - maybe not worth the money.

Cons:

We had cockroaches in our room. I think we killed about 3 or 4 but a couple got away

Clean, quite, affordable, good location, would stay again for sure
Pros:

Greeting on arrival & help was wonderful from David. Lovely breakfast staff. Quite area around our room, very relaxing & peaceful & no disturbances. Fabulous to have face washers & a hand towel each, & that is a win win from me.
Have stayed before & will stay again.

Cons:

I struggled last time with the temperature control, but finally worked it out. You adjust the temperature to your liking say 20 degrees & then it flicks back to the room temperature which was 23.5 (way to hot & stuffy for us). It will then eventually come down to your set temperature.
Only other small issue hubby had was his breakfast bacon was dry & overcooked, he was really looking forward to it. All other breakfast options were lovely.
