Fantastic hotel on the city edge with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location near Southbank.
Clean room and comfortable bed.
Nice shower area and amenities.
Parking area is great and breakfast was excellent.
Lovely welcoming staff especially Tiana, Maria, housekeeper and the breakfast lady on duty.

Cons:

Towels were frayed and torn around the edges.
Toilet paper on wall was almost empty.
Just details to note.

My stay was exceptional.
Pros:

All the people that we worked with at the reception area were phenomenal. We had a situation where we needed to extend the stay on one of the rooms and they were so accommodating.

Cons:

I think everything about this hotel was amazing, the location the service the staff. Everything was great.

Good location and comfortable place
Pros:

Perfect location to explore the CBD, comfortable bed and nice view from our room. Delicious breakfast also.

Cons:

Was very busy that weekend so the check in, check out and the use of the lifts were most of the time a slow process.

They take extra money for a bond then tell you afterwards that it will take 10 days to return to your account! Not impressed at all.
