Very comfortable, close to the city, great value for money.
Pros:

Great location, a block back from Southbank proper, and 10-15 min walk into Melbourne CBD. The bed was very comfortable, the room very dark and quiet. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room had some rubbish from the previous occupant in the bin. There was a pair of undies in the safe! The TV did not work.
