Pros:

Ottimo tutto e soprattutto l’aiuto ricevuto dallo staff in generale e da un connazionale in particolare per ogni nostra esigenza. Esempio perfetto di attenzione al cliente.

Pros:

I love the main entrance, clean and smells good. The breakfast was decent. Location wise was strategic, close by CBD.

Cons:

I don't want to be racist but When I enter the room, I smell a strong body odour which really turn off my mood. Sorry I have really sensitive sence of smell. I had to get air freshener to stabilise the room. But overall it was good

Great location on Southbank Melbourne. Ideal for visits into the city, the botanical gardens and art galleries. Breakfast is included in the price and it was a good selection.

Overall excellent experience and we are likely to stay again as our choice city hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast included was good value. Car parking availability onsite was useful. Room was very clean and tidy and comfortable for two.

Cons:

Twin room offered rather than the requested double bed. No water or glasses in the room fridge.

Pros:

Staff polite. Good location. Easy process & parking etc. Good view from room. Included breakfast.

Cons:

Room wasn't ready at 4:45pm. Was given vouchers for drinks at the bar while we waited. That was good, but bar staff weren't great.
Room quite small, glass screen for whole of bathroom.

My new go-to hotel when staying in Melbourne!
Pros:

Great location if you’re visiting Southbank and its surrounds. The staff from reception, bar tenders and staff in the breakfast bar were exceptional. This establishment will be my go-to again when staying in Melbourne CBD.

Cons:

Nothing, I can’t fault this establishment.
