Simple, basic, close to key destinations and friendly staff

It was as a little confusing in regards to parking for checking in and as someone whom works in the industry couldn’t understand why and how the booking system doesn’t allow to group to nights together when you book online via booking.com and calling direct. Our system allows my staff to have two separate bookings and group them the two together to ensure continuity for staff and planning

Great position for the city and south bank and getting to the footy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely and the position was excellent for what we were doing when we were in Melbourne. We ate at Southbank and enjoyed the atmosphere across the from the hotel.

Very nice. Clean. Close to the city
Pros:

Staff were nice and friendly. Great location. Easy to walk to the city and shop. Or walk to the football/tennis/concerts.

Pros:

The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to most places we were visiting. Plus the lady at breakfast was amazing, unfortunately I didn't manage to get her name but she had dark hair

Cons:

Two things were not going to plan at the hotel. The TV in the room was not working and if it did work it was for a few minutes and the hot food was not jot it was barely luke warm.
