Location is convenient from the city central.
Connecting tv was not user friendly.
Value for money. Lovely staff. Room nice and clean. Breakfast good.
Room was warm over night turned air conditioning down to lowest but still warm.
Great location, staff were helpful and friendly, parking, breakfasts good with different foods offered every day, towels and bathroom well equipped, trolley for people who don’t travel light.
Drainage in bathroom wasn’t great, could have had wider veggie choices for breakfast, TV wasn’t great, Chromecast option not useful

Went down to breakfast at 8.55am - hot buffet only bacon and beans available, two empty bay Marie’s, hash browns were refilled 10 mins later. I asked if the refill of scrambled eggs was on the way as we had to leave soon, the lady staff member told me they had run out of eggs and were bringing out porridge in replacement.
8.55am to run out of food is pretty ridiculous. Why wouldn’t a staff member have been sent to the supermarket? They had a traffic light system advertised in the lift going to say when the busy times were for breakfast, never imagined that if you don’t go really early you get the dregs. I felt sorry for the people arriving at 9.30am. If you are booking a room that comes with breakfast you should be adequate food for your guests.
No plates and coffee cups available, they had run out also, and there was a queue of people waiting for them. Im not sure if they were short staffed, the poor woman who was buzzing around trying to restock everything looked frazzled.

Just a basic tv unless you had a streaming service on your phone to connect to the tv.
I was on the 18th floor and the view from my room was the building next door.

Ran out of eggs one morning and hash browns next morning, only water melon to go with yogurt, poor quality bread for toaster, low quality toilet roll
