The hotel location is perfect, less than 200 meters from the metro and behind Cevahir mall, rooms are clean but small, good service for breakfast, also good cafe, according to the price i can say its a good hotel but i dont suggest you the restaurant

I stayed at this hotel for five days. Honestly, what I experienced was quite different from what I had imagined for a 5-star hotel. Especially the entrance and lobby were not up to 5-star standards at all (lack of a beautiful hotel entrance area, no taxi ramp, no elegant and pleasantly scented lobby befitting a 5-star hotel).

Strengths:

- Polite, friendly, and caring staff (especially a housekeeping staff member named Seher, who was very kindly with us)
- Good service upon request
- Clean and tidy rooms
- Comfortable bedding
- Convenient access to shopping centers (especially Cevahir Mall), currency exchange, pharmacy, etc.

Weaknesses:

- Bathroom towels were not sterilized (they were just rolled up and placed under the sink)

- The toilet and bathroom in standard rooms were small (especially the bathroom, which also lacked a clothesline)

- Breakfast lacked variety and didn’t meet 5-star hotel standards (it was more like an average 4-star hotel)

- No scale available for weighing luggage

- No luggage wrapping service at checkout

- No in-hotel store, currency exchange, etc. (which would typically be expected in a 5-star hotel)

Conclusion:
This hotel could be categorized as a 4-star hotel by international standards. However, if you're looking for good location, clean rooms, and reasonable pricing, this might be a good option for you. Lastly, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their kind behavior and sincere cooperation.

The hotel was not helpful at all, we asked for umbrellas they are not available, we asked for a scale for the bags its broken we asked for location help they don’t know, we asked for towels they brought the wrong one, when we checked out they claimed we used the the nuts treats which we did not the room service probably did, at the end they let us sign a paper that we did not use it, a 150 euro went missing…. And at the check out they did not give us the 100 euro we paid as insurance as we forgot to ask for it…

We booked this room as Hotel.Com claimed it to have a king and 2 single beds, so I paid the extra to upgrade.
On arrival, there were no single beds in the suite and one of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable camp bed for the week. The amenities at the hotel are good but very tired and some maintenance and upgrades are needed. For example lights were out everywhere throughout the hotel, equipment in the room didn’t work. The sauna was out for our entire stay and the women’s door sensor to get back into the changing rooms from the pool was broken. I booked a massage (which was lovely) however, the couch was old and the faux leather had flaked off.
Breakfast was minimal and unappetising, although we had paid, after day two we skipped and went elsewhere. Dinner, was lovely every night and a real credit to the chefs.
Maid service each day, but it was rushed and no cleaning, after day 4 of the jacuzzi being used scum and bits from the jets put us off using again, which was a real shame as it was a lovely treat. Hotel claims to be sound proof- absolutely not the case and the noise from the traffic and roaming dogs barking all night was incredibly difficult to sleep. Staff are attentive and always on hand. I am trying to be as honest as possible here and not to offend, as the staff were lovely. However, it wasn’t a cheap break to stay here and I would have appreciated an honest review at my time of booking. It’s not really a suite! more a large room.

Das Welness Bereich ist veraltet in der Sauna sind die Holzlatten lose Das Bett ist veraltet und unbequem ist keine 5 Sterne wert maximal 3Sterne Umgebung und Lage ist Ok man braucht kein Auto

Excellent Service and amazing staff especially Safiye who met us in the reception and smooth or check-in although it is early check-in. Also, good communication skills and wonderful welcoming. In addition the neighbourhood for the hotel is full of service such as supermarkets

This hotel has a great location, breakfast is very good, gym is one of the best and it is included in the price. It is close to metro, Cevahir AVM, easy to find taxi, hotel personnel are very friendly and professional. Rooms are small but functional, we stayed for 2 weeks and felt comfortable.
