لم أستطيع النوم وقمت بتغيير اقامتي ولم أكمل الايام الباقية من حجزي

فقط موظفة في الاستقبال كانت ودودة
الباقي سي

Cons:

كل شي ولايصنف 5 نجوم كان التكييف سيء جدا ولايوجد عازل للصوت حيث تسمع كل شي خارج الفندق وخاصة كان هناك هدم لاحد المواقع القريبة

تسجيل دخول و خروج سريع وسلس ، الموظفين يتحدثون اللغة الانجليزية ،بشوشين وسعداء بالخدمة ، الموقع جدا جدا رائع قريب من مول + محطات مترو ، خدمة تنظيف الغرف رائعة للغاية شكر خاص - BESRA ، استمع للطلبات الخاصة من الغرف ، التكييف يعمل بصورة ممتازة ، متوفر بالغرفة خزنه .

Easy for access near metro station, clean good breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom very small and water was leaked to the floor and remained wet all the time and they didn’t repair the problem room 702 , also safe lock not working

A special thank you to our cleaner, Besra. Every morning we left the room quite messy while getting ready, and when we came back, it looked absolutely spotless. She cleaned everything so perfectly that we were genuinely shocked each time we returned. Her attention to detail and hard work made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Besra!
