a large, absurd structure on the main road
Pros:

Size of the room and size of the bed were the only positive things I found
And professional very kind manager at the reception

Cons:

Politic of this hotel such as
- dogs only till 10 kg
- 20 euro per dog per night that's too much
-15 euro for crouded parking by the street
- 18 euro to get sauna set: towel, badrobe etc.
- only 1 hour in saura or swimming pool area
- dirty dishes at breakfast
- room wasn't cleaning up every day (they forgot to deliver basic things such as toilet papper or tissues)
- radiator was cold ma-vr (he was only warm in the weekend)
- not enough towels in sauna
- tea bags should be refill in the room when it's empty, it's important after whole day skiing you are able to drink hot tea in your room

They ask way too much € but it doesn't mean there is standing high quality that you will recive- you won't

Beautiful & confortable place to stay for your ski vacation
Pros:

The location is unbeatable right next to the gondolas which makes ski days incredibly easy. The views from the property are beautiful and add a lot to the overall experience. The rooms are large comfortable and very well laid out. Service was excellent throughout the stay and the staff were genuinely kind helpful and professional. Overall everything felt high quality and beyond expectations. It was a really enjoyable and smooth stay.

Cons:

Very minor points only. The swimming pool water was warm but not really hot especially in the outdoor pool which would have been nicer after skiing. At breakfast the drink service was sometimes a bit slow. The elevators are not synced so you need to press each one and you often stop on multiple floors even when no one gets in. These are small details and would only justify a very minor point deduction otherwise the stay was excellent.

Staff need to be nicer
Cons:

At all the other hotels we stay in Italy, the staff was really helpful and polite, not here.
One day my mom needed a taxi to join me at city center, they didn’t even called the taxi.
She was lucky she found a good soul outside the hotel that helped her.
It’s a tourist place and they should think that turista from other countries may not have a phone line to make calls.

Pros:

Ero già stato, posizione e struttura molto bella, un ringraziamento alla ragazza della spa che mi ha fatto accedere comunque nonostante non fosse più prenotabile per la giornata. Buona accoglienza al check-in.

Cons:

Arrivato in stanza, ho trovato un letto twin, quando in prenotazione era indicato matrimoniale, l’ho fatto presente al telefono e mi hanno detto che l’avrebbero cambiato. Dopo aver finito in spa rientro in stanza e trovo la stessa situazione, richiamo nuovamente chiedendo a questo punto un cambio camera visto che dovevo ancora fare la doccia. Mi viene risposto che non è possibile perché la struttura è al completo. Tuttavia vedo online che riesco a prenotare un’altra camera per la stessa sera, quindi li invito a verificare…mi propongono alla fine un cambio camera, scendo e rispiego la situazione, mi viene chiesto se la camera fosse sporca da front manager presumibilmente come a sminuire quanto richiesto. Lo informo che la camera era in perfette condizioni ma non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato, era una twin per disabili con wc rialzato e tenda in doccia, inoltre la stanza era comunicante con un’altra per cui si sentivano i rumori della stanza accanto. Mi viene detto che mi è stato fatto un upgrade per quella stanza…Infine mi fanno vedere un’altra camera, più corrispondente a quella prenotata ma con vista sul parcheggio, per cui rifiuto il cambio. Finisco per unire i letti e rifare il letto nella twin…
