Pros:

The hotel was wonderful, the food exceptional, the rooms comfortable, the spa magnificent, and the pool area with the mountain view to redo the experience all over again. Clean, affordable, great location.

All as expected from the pictures and the reviews
Pros:

We are a family with 2 kids, 4 and 7 and we went end of May. It is a big hotel and we took half board (dinner) included. The price was very attractive for a big room, breakfast and dinner and the quality of the food descent.

Cons:

The pool area was nice for the kids as well, even though the lifeguard was very strict with noises, playing in the pool etc. So not a normal pool for kids, but more a relaxing pool with nice views.

Si può migliorare
Pros:

Soggiorno di coppia.
Struttura molto vicina sia agli impianti di risalita per il comprensorio sciistico di Courmayeur, sia allo Skyway panoramico del Monte Bianco, perciò ci è piaciuta sicuramente la posizione strategica.
Ci è piaciuta la stanza, la vista meravigliosa delle montagne dal terrazzino della camera, e la sua pulizia.
Ci è piaciuto il buffet della cena: tante mini-porzioni di pietanze diverse. Questo ci ha permesso di non stancarci del cibo, di variare e di appagare il nostro palato con pietanze tipiche e non tipiche. Allo stesso modo la colazione: varia e con ampia scelta.
Ci è piaciuto lo Staff, sia della reception sia della cucina. Un particolare plauso al Maitre di sala, e ad i camerieri Riccardo, Elena e Francesco, che ci hanno coccolati in questo soggiorno.
Molto comoda l'applicazione della catena alberghi TH.
Molto comodi il deposito sci con noleggio sci, situati nell'albergo stesso.

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda la cucina: non tanto apprezzate le pietanze da ordinare al tavolo (scelta tra 2 primi e 2 secondi). Rispetto al buffet le materie prime non le abbiamo trovate fresche, e non le abbiamo trovate cucinate bene o valorizzate come meritavano.
Non abbiamo apprezzato l'orario del check in in struttura: 17:00. Troppo tardi.
Non abbiamo apprezzato la né la Spa (troppo piccola per accogliere tutti gli ospiti, piscina con idromassaggio FUORI a temperatura non idonea -troppo fredda-, piscina senza idromassaggio e senza niente -solo una pozza dove stare in ammollo- DENTRO; rinfresco offerto per la spa composto da biscotti confezionati, arance, bustine di the con bollitore e bicchieri di carta, acqua frizzante e naturale, e poi delle bevande alla pesca e al limone usufruibili da dei dispenser in vetro..... che avevano della melmetta che scendeva dal tappo.. e che all'asaggio erano veramente disgustose. Ci aspettavamo frutta secca, più varietà di frutta e tisane..) né il personale della spa (poco cortese, non controllo dei bambini incontrollati dai genitori che fanno casino, ed una volta si sono dimenticati proprio di aprire la spa, e non si sono accorti neanche che abbiamo bussato per un bel po' alla porta. Siamo dovuti salire in reception e far chiamare la spa da loro..).

Hotel bello, flessibilità di un blocco di marmo di Carrara.

Cons:

Parcheggio clienti esterno scomodo e con spazi limitati e non adeguati al pregio della struttura. Orari rigidi; ceck in ore 17 poi derogato, ceck out ore 10 (sic)!
Per recarsi agli ascensori occorre stranamente attraversare le sale da pranzo. Colazione termina ore 10 eccessivo per clienti vacanzieri! (Mai capitato il sollecito del personale delle pulizie).
Fastidioso ronzio del condotto di aspirazione presente nella stanza, ho dovuto chiedere un tappo altrimenti non avrei potuto riposare .

mi è piaciuta la camera e la posizione e il personale molto gentile, la struttura molto carina

la spa disorganizzata........ acqua tiepida e armadietti spogliatoio con serrature rotte e bambini che urlavano e si tuffavano e il bagnino non diceva nulla, la nota dolente è stata la cena; tagliere di salumi e formaggi di antipasto .....mortadella e salame Milano, la trippa con polenta insipide e crude, risotto freddo e scotto la pasta cacio e pepe immangiabile sapeva di pepe e basta, il secondo un guanciale praticamente freddo e insipido, il dolce confezionato roba da bar di paese, la colazione discreta niente a che fare con tanti BeB della Valle D'Aosta

Cons:

“Petit déjeuner bon et varié, mais l’organisation et la propreté ne sont pas au niveau attendu.
Le deuxième jour, nous avons eu des fourmis dans la chambre et avons dû changer de chambre.
Dans la nouvelle chambre, de l’eau sale est sortie du lavabo dès l’ouverture du robinet, ce qui est inacceptable.
Nous avons également payé le parking, mais la carte n’avait pas été activée correctement par le personnel, ce qui nous a obligés à retourner deux fois à la réception.
Expérience globalement décevante pour un hôtel de ce niveau.
Pour le prix payé, la prestation n’est clairement pas à la hauteur.
