Red Roof Inn & Suites Tomah

Wife left pair of 24k Gold Earrings by mistake when we checked out. Hotel manager was not very helpful in recovering them.

The bathroom didn't have toilet paper in it when we arrived and there was some leftover garbage left under the bed when we arrived. I also asked for an extra blanket but none could be found. Plus the pool was broken which was a HUGE disappointment to my kids.

The Bathroom was small, I guess for the size of the room, it was okay. The biggest problem i had was the Bathtub.it "Did Not" Have a Anti Slip Pad, because of that, I slipped, my feet went up in the air, my butt it the floor of the tub hard, and my neck and my head hit the back of the Bathtub. I didn't pass out, I was conuses and I struggled to get to my feet. I finished my shower and exited the Bathtub. I informed the gentlemen at the front desk what happended, and contacted my Representative with Booking .com that helped me get this reservation.

gym was locked and pool/ hot tub are locked and slowly evaporating. this site has been at least 3 other hotel chains in last 12 years

Dirty and stained sheets and comforters. Doesn’t even look like the sheets were changed. Several rooms had not been cleaned that were assigned to us. Ended up in a disgusting room with blood on the walls. Homeless looking people walking around inside the hotel. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. VERY DIRTY PLACE. Front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do about it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO SLEEP, WONDERING IF SOME HOMELESS GUY IS GOING TO GET IN YOUR ROOM SINCE THE DEADBOLTS DON’T WORK.

The main lobby, & breakfast room were not real. The pool was not working due to remodel but booking showed photos of the pool in working condition.

Filthy!! Comforters had mold on them. Sheets were stained. Blood on walls. Room door deadbolt didn’t work. 1 st room was not even made up. 2 nd room was disgusting but the beds were made. My daughter’s room had moldy linens and the sheets were stained and dirty. No other rooms available. NEVER STAY HERE!! There were half naked people smoking in front of the entrance. We were told they were “residents” living in the motel. This place is disgusting, dirty and scary! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT!!

End doorways had rocks to keep them open. I kicked them out multiple times. Not clean in bedroom, bathroom, hallways. Pool closed and half drained. Outside landscape is overgrown weeds.

Rude front dest. I wanted a further away room and the scumbag didn't give me one, I was smelling cigarette smoke in my room all night. It ruined my stay. The front desk didn't care. I asked for compensation and didn't get any. I was so upset. I will never stay st that property again. What a nightmare of an experience 😪
