Pros:

Decent place. Technicians and house keeping attended promptly on fixing TV remote volume control and delivery of iron and soap when requested. No musky smell. Lifts worked fast and well. Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

Carpet on 11th floor a bit old and could do with cleaning. It will be good to enclose the shower area so that water does not wet the adjacent flooring area of the toilet bowl
