What I didn't like was the lack of concern when I complained about a constant cough I picked up everything I was in the room, I inquired about it and I wasn't offered another room, a refund, or any compassion

Customer service is no good
Pros:

I stayed at the travel lodge during the air show in oceana. When I Arrived at the hotel I was told I had two bookings. The person at the front desk canceled the booking. I was told by expedia that travelodge agreed to refund one of the bookings , but they never refunded it. So now I am paying for my stay double. The hotel told me that Expedia was to refund and Expedia.Told me the hotel was to refund. So i'm paying $416 for my visit when I should have only paid $208.

Pros:

Filthy room. Smears and stains on the walls, food in the fridge, auto parts in the dresser drawer, moldy grunge in shower and toilet. Bad water pressure in the shower. Sagging mattress. No housekeeping the entire 3 nights. Had to go to the front desk for more dingy towels. Parking lot flooded when it rained.

The beds are comfortable. The location is good to go to the beach.

The rooms need to be cleaned better, including the floors and showers. And a coat of paint would do wonders.

Outstanding value for the location and the money.
Pros:

It is close to everything I care about, especially the beach. Great and reliable staff.
