Pros:

Tudo! A simpatia do staff, o pequeno almoço, a piscina, a localização, a limpeza. Estava tudo impecável!
As únicas sugestões que poderíamos dar seria no que diz respeito às casas de banho dos quartos e vestiário da piscina. Colocar um banquinho de apoio para duas pessoas, mais cabides para toalhas e aquecimento (toalheiro por exemplo).

Cons:

Se tivesse que apontar alguma coisa menos positiva, seria o piso da casa de banho e vestiário da piscina. Seria perfeito se conseguissem alguma solução para não ser tão escorregadio. Aquecimento nestas divisões também seria uma mais valia.

Établissement, établissement, remplie de charme avec un beau bâtiment et un très bel accueil.

Cons:

Malheureusement, cet établissement ne dispose pas d’ascenseur, ce qui peut être très compliqué pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Surtout quand une chambre au deuxième étage est attribuée.

wonderful experience
Pros:

First of all, thank you for everything. The pool and sauna under the open sky was a great idea. The breakfast was unexpectedly nice. The room temperature, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness were all excellent.

Cons:

Rooms should be numbered according to reception, and the changing room for the sauna should be enlarged.

Refúgio a 1h da Serra
Pros:

A suite lá em cima é muito boa, espaçosa! Recomendo a casais com filhos.

Cons:

A única desilusão (porque foi o motivo da minha escolha, e para quem vinha do frio da Serra da Estrela esta seria a cereja no topo do bolo) foi a água da piscina estar fria, mesmo depois de ter confirmado que a piscina era aquecida, apenas o ambiente estava aquecido, não a água. Também no PA tivemos pouca sorte com a reposição de talheres e não havia ninguém para perguntar.

Hotel de qualidade e com muito bom atendimento.
Pros:

O pequeno era excelente, era tudo muito limpo e confortável, a piscina estava muito limpa. As funcionárias foram sempre muito simpáticas e mostravam-se sempre disponíveis para ajudar.

Cons:

A única parte má é não existirem robes disponíveis nos quartos para depois dos banhos ou da piscina.
