Manque de communication, grosse déception
Pros:

La villa était confortable

Cons:

L’établissement n’a pas jugé bon de nous dire que la piscine de l’hôtel était fermée (raison de notre venue).
2 piscines de l’Osaria (parc aquatique attenant, fermé en hiver comme prévu) sont mises à disposition. Dans un parc fantôme, aux équipements vétustes.
Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l’aise

We loved it and plan to come back!
Pros:

A real oasis. Such a pretty spot with very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and private lodges with their own gardens. We loved the breakfasts and food at the hotel, and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were staying out of season and the main pool was being refurbished though we were able to use the pool in the water park, it was a little disappointing.

Très confortable mais peu d’activités pour les enfants
Pros:

La taille de notre lodge était parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge

Cons:

Je pense qu’il y aurait pu avoir une communication plus clair lors de la réservation sur le fait que la piscine principale était en travaux et que le parc aquatique était fermé jusqu’en avril.

Très bel hôtel avec un service soigné
Pros:

Établissement très agréable avec un environnement verdoyant magnifique. Des chambres très propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner et la restauration sont également excellents avec un personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Le parc aquatique Oasiria est fermé entre le mois de novembre et le mois d’avril ce qui au-delà des toboggans, limite les options de divertissements pour les enfants. À prendre en compte
Lorsqu’on séjourne sur cette période.

Heerlijk, rustig verblijf in de winter!
Pros:

Wat een mooi resort! Alles is mooi onderhouden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Er is echt een warme sfeer, de kleinschaligheid zorgt voor gezelligheid. Er werd zelfs gezorgd voor echte kerstsfeer! Wij hadden een lodge geboekt voor 6p maar zijn met 4. De meerprijs was echt miniem en onze kinderen hadden elk een eigen kamer met eigen badkamer. De lodge was heel ruim en van alle comfort voorzien. De tuinen rondom zijn mooi en erg rustgevend. De gratis taxischuttle naar het centrum is ook erg handig.

Cons:

Het aquapark was niet open omdat het winter was maar dat wisten we vooraf. Er viel ons niets tegen. Er was trouwens 1 vrij groot zwembad geopend + verwarmd + elke dag van redder voorzien

Un séjour en famille magique
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé.
Le cadre, la nature présente partout, les lodges sans vis à vis, la déco , les grands espaces, literie au top , le personnel adorable.
Le restaurant l Olivier super, petits déjeuners incroyables comme rarement dans un hôtel, tout est maison.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour les excursions proposées.

L’accueil, La disponibilité, l’espace du lodge tout confort avec espace sdb et we dans chaque chambre du lodge, petit déjeuner en chambre

Nothing what we expected
Pros:

Not what we expected. We have booked 3 nights but stayed only 1 night. Not much to do (also with kids) specially when it was raining. There was an indoor pool at this aqua-park which was closed, it is like 10 min walking and not belong to the hotel so you are not able to use whenever you needed, most likely a public pool. Breakfast was not good, coffee is not drinkable. Minibar overpriced so overhaul not worth money we paid. They said it is high season but not sure maybe summer is a high season for them to provide better options. Some people also complaining there is nothing to do here except driving to Medina and walk around.
