Très bel endroit apaisant
Pros:

Magnifique complexe, beaux jardins
Les chambres sont immenses

Cons:

Pas de possibilité d’aller à la piscine couverte avec des enfants
Navettes pour le centre ville souvent complètes. Pour commander un taxi, prix plus élevés que si on le trouve nous même.
Restaurant cher et petit déjeuner trop simple sans changement durant le séjour.

Beautiful family hotel
Pros:

We loved this hotel & would definitely return. Having your own lodge & garden is great with kids. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the site was beautiful and very relaxing. The pool we had use of was great with the kids. Breakfast was very good and the dinners were good too. The neighbouring restaurant La Paillote was also excellent. Having the shuttle into Marrakech was also very helpful.

Cons:

The main pool was closed & we were only told the day before - more advance warning would have been helpful, we’d have given the hotel a 10 if it wasn’t for this issue.
We didn’t find the lounge area in the lodge very comfortable.
This is not the hotel’s fault, but the Oasiria water park website says it’s open from the last Friday of March, but it wasn’t - so we expected to be able to use the water park and we couldn’t

Wenn alles offen sicher super, so aber zu teuer.
Pros:

Tolle Lodges, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr gutes Personal, gratis Shuttle zum Zentrum

Cons:

Oasiria Wasserpark geschlossen, das stand sicher irgendwo klein bei Booking, hatten wir aber nicht gesehen. Das Hauptschwimmbad hatte aber auch kein Wasser.
Zimmerwechsel war notwendig weil unsere Lodge dem starken Regen nicht stand hielt, Stromausfall und Regen durch die Decke im Bad.
Spa und andere Aktivitäten waren meist nicht im Hotel selber sondern außerhalb.
Dafür waren die 400€ pro Nacht einfach zu viel.

Le calme, la cheminée, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort du chalet, les espaces verts, la connexion avec le parc Oasiria, le spa avec l'hôtel partenaire à des prix abordables avec transport gratuit.

Cons:

La piscine couverte non accessible pendant quelques jours à cause des intempéries.
Le menu room service un peu limité et plus cher que le restaurant.
Les oiseaux qui piquaient dans les plats du buffet petit déjeuner (recommandation de les couvrir par des cloches).

Une residence hôtel confortable à cinq minutes du centre en voiture.
Pros:

Un petit déjeuner très complet ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts typiquement marocain ou buffet européen. Les jus pressés sont à volonté.
Les maisons et la literie sont très confortables. Les navettes pour le centre de Marrakech sont régulières mais il faut penser à les réserver la veille pour être certains de leurs disponibilités.
Le calme du site ou l'on est réveillé par les nombreux oiseaux.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix du restaurant pourrait être meilleur. Les quantités dans l'assiette et les saveurs (épices notamment) pourraient être améliorées, d'autant qu'aucun autre restaurant n'est facilement accessible alentours.

Manque de communication, grosse déception
Pros:

La villa était confortable

Cons:

L’établissement n’a pas jugé bon de nous dire que la piscine de l’hôtel était fermée (raison de notre venue).
2 piscines de l’Osaria (parc aquatique attenant, fermé en hiver comme prévu) sont mises à disposition. Dans un parc fantôme, aux équipements vétustes.
Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l’aise

We loved it and plan to come back!
Pros:

A real oasis. Such a pretty spot with very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and private lodges with their own gardens. We loved the breakfasts and food at the hotel, and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were staying out of season and the main pool was being refurbished though we were able to use the pool in the water park, it was a little disappointing.

Très confortable mais peu d’activités pour les enfants
Pros:

La taille de notre lodge était parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge

Cons:

Je pense qu’il y aurait pu avoir une communication plus clair lors de la réservation sur le fait que la piscine principale était en travaux et que le parc aquatique était fermé jusqu’en avril.

Très bel hôtel avec un service soigné
Pros:

Établissement très agréable avec un environnement verdoyant magnifique. Des chambres très propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner et la restauration sont également excellents avec un personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Le parc aquatique Oasiria est fermé entre le mois de novembre et le mois d’avril ce qui au-delà des toboggans, limite les options de divertissements pour les enfants. À prendre en compte
Lorsqu’on séjourne sur cette période.
