Genieten in de heerlijke lodge.
Pros:

Prachtig park, heerlijk ontbijt, heerlijk restaurant en prachtig zwempark.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen supermarkt in de buurt zit.

Superbe hôtel en famille
Pros:

La piscine, les lodges, le jardin, la proximité avec le centre ville, le service navette gratuite, le parc Oasiria

Cons:

La literie : le matelas s’affaissait avec des trous et il était inconfortable.
Le ménage : des cheveux et serviettes oubliées, les oreillers par terre pendant le passage des dames de ménage.

Lovely comfortable stay at a short distance from the bustling Medina in Marrakech
Pros:

The staff around the resort was very welcoming and helpful. The benefit of the free shuttle into the Medina was excellent with drivers being very kind as well. The 3 bedrooms lodge was lovely, had everything we needed and was comfortable with good sized rooms. The water pressure in the showers could be even better, but not an issue. We had an exceptional bad weather front and the staff helped with the rain/hail; unusual and not an issue. The location of the resort allowed to go into the Medina and escape as well. The restaurant had a small and good menu, with the food being excellent throughout our stay for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you very much for the hospitality and help in booking excursions.

Cons:

There was nothing that impacted our holiday negatively. The water pressure in the showers could be even better. There were works going on for expansion of the resort, that did not impact us and it will be interesting to see how the resort will develop further.

Pros:

Magnifique complexe, beaux jardins
Les chambres sont immenses

Cons:

Pas de possibilité d’aller à la piscine couverte avec des enfants
Navettes pour le centre ville souvent complètes. Pour commander un taxi, prix plus élevés que si on le trouve nous même.
Restaurant cher et petit déjeuner trop simple sans changement durant le séjour.

Beautiful family hotel
Pros:

We loved this hotel & would definitely return. Having your own lodge & garden is great with kids. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the site was beautiful and very relaxing. The pool we had use of was great with the kids. Breakfast was very good and the dinners were good too. The neighbouring restaurant La Paillote was also excellent. Having the shuttle into Marrakech was also very helpful.

Cons:

The main pool was closed & we were only told the day before - more advance warning would have been helpful, we’d have given the hotel a 10 if it wasn’t for this issue.
We didn’t find the lounge area in the lodge very comfortable.
This is not the hotel’s fault, but the Oasiria water park website says it’s open from the last Friday of March, but it wasn’t - so we expected to be able to use the water park and we couldn’t

Wenn alles offen sicher super, so aber zu teuer.
Pros:

Tolle Lodges, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr gutes Personal, gratis Shuttle zum Zentrum

Cons:

Oasiria Wasserpark geschlossen, das stand sicher irgendwo klein bei Booking, hatten wir aber nicht gesehen. Das Hauptschwimmbad hatte aber auch kein Wasser.
Zimmerwechsel war notwendig weil unsere Lodge dem starken Regen nicht stand hielt, Stromausfall und Regen durch die Decke im Bad.
Spa und andere Aktivitäten waren meist nicht im Hotel selber sondern außerhalb.
Dafür waren die 400€ pro Nacht einfach zu viel.

Le calme, la cheminée, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort du chalet, les espaces verts, la connexion avec le parc Oasiria, le spa avec l'hôtel partenaire à des prix abordables avec transport gratuit.

Cons:

La piscine couverte non accessible pendant quelques jours à cause des intempéries.
Le menu room service un peu limité et plus cher que le restaurant.
Les oiseaux qui piquaient dans les plats du buffet petit déjeuner (recommandation de les couvrir par des cloches).
