Great location and very clean but on the expensive side!
Pros:

It’s super easy to get to and close to all the shopping and restaurants. It’s nice to have a restaurant on property. Rooms are well kept.

Cons:

They no longer offer room service… very disappointing. Also, I wanted to place a “to go”
Order for breakfast and they said they couldn’t do that either. Yet, they offered that service for dinner.

Nice modern hotel in Twin Falls.
Pros:

This is a large clean modern hotel. Everything was up to expectations.

Cons:

The in-hotel restaurant had a very limited menu so we chose to dine elsewhere.

It was easy to get to and the room was clean.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the onsite restaurant. The food was fine and we appreciated that kids ate free with an adult purchase. That is why we chose to eat there, easier than trying to go somewhere else with little kids. However, we were not told that there would be a large gratuity added to our bill. It ended up being very expensive and we did not see anywhere about the gratuity charge until the bill came.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and we were satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

Everything from the lobby to the guestroom was very clean. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! We liked the little kitchenette, which came in very handy. We were pleasantly surprised there was a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

Cons:

The door of our room had gaps which let light into the room at night and we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Also, the dayshift desk clerk was rude. I told her about our air conditioner having a slight rattle and said “I should have told her sooner”.
