I was staying for a work trip. It’s decent for what it is. But the location is ridiculous. Extremely difficult to get in

Friendly staff, comfortable stay.

Cons:

The location is an absolute wreck. Very difficult to get in and out of, and not enough parking available. Had to park around the back alley and walk a good distance at night alone to get back inside.

I usually enjoy my stay at Hampton Inn Conyers, but this time was disappointing.
Cons:

Room smelled like bleach, floor was sticky, no trash bag in trash container, exhaust fan in bathroom wasn't working, outlet in bathroom wasn't working, key card access to outside doors wasn't working, key card to bedroom wasn't working.

Wasn’t standard Hampton

Cons:

First room was dirty
Floor not vacuumed and bed barely made.
Moved to first floor handicap room which did not smell clean.
Weed smoking right outside the room, room smelled like weed.

Location and breakfast choices were okay

Cons:

I had 2 kids and had to go on the 3rd floor which was very inconvenient. Late at night there was hardly any parking. I asked for room service to have my bed sheets changed because of spills the baby made. No one came to give us new linens. I left something in the room by mistake and no one reached out to say it was left. Smh

Heat did not work in the room. Maintenance went to the room on our way out, but the room was still cold when we returned. So we had to relocate to a new room.
