The hotel was a great location for our event and near by activities. Breakfast was also pretty good! Room itself was excellent.
Delayed check in because system down3-4 with absolutely no additional compensation for the huge inconvenience. AC went out and the unit had to be replaced .

Convenient location
The doors were extremely hard to open. I had to ask someone else to help me open my door. They were having computer issues which isn’t their fault but the girl checking out was very rude about it.

Upon arrival we were notified that they do not accept the prepayment made through 'third parties like Booking and Expedia' so we had to pay again, at a higher rate than the previous payment made through booking.com. There was no attempt at a resolution, they told us to contact Booking which we have. Otherwise, the room was clean and as comfortable as you would expect at a Hampton Inn.
The room was stated as around $80 online, after 'fees' we paid $113 through Booking (now refunded). When we arrived, they said they can't count the prepayment and had us pay $134 (they also can not match the rate of the original booking), so it felt a bit scammy. Why be on third party sites if you can not accept bookings there?
The continental breakfast also left something to be desired - no eggs, just breads, gravy, and cereal. Maybe at $80 we would not have minded, but after paying $134 we'd like to see an egg at least.
The breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly & helpful. Bed was big & comfortable.
Pillows not so comfortable & the sliding glass doors for the shower were really heavy.
