Cons:

Atendimento na recepção a noite que liguei antecipadamente para confirmar possibilidade de acomodar cachorro e na chegada disseram que havia limitação de peso até 12kg, algo que não foi informado na ligação.
Infelizmente não inspecionei o local antes de pagar pela estadia. O elevador tem um cheiro péssimo, carpete sujo. O nosso quarto o quarto ainda tinha resto de lixo na lixeira do banheiro que estava em cima da privada de outros hóspedes. Não havia confiança de que os lençóis haviam sido limpos. O ar condicionado split estava quebrado sem a paleta de ar e visivelmente sujo. Armários lascados. O café da manhã péssimo, ovos mexidos frios, café ruim. Bolo ressecado.
As senhoras da manhã eram simpáticas, única coisa que salvou no acolhimento e o esperado para recepção.
Realmente só fiquei para dormir pois foi uma viagem longa e cansativa. Poderiam rever higienização do local e instalações.
