Ótimo hotel, próximo de tudo, muito confortável, funcionários gentis e muito educados
Pros:

O quarto era muito espaçoso, a cama era super confortável, aquecimento funcionava bem, uma boa ducha no banheiro, a instalações eram realmente te muito boas.

Cons:

O Wi-Fi não funciona muito bem, e a rede própria do celular fica ruim tb

Posizione e bellezza della stanza

Cons:

"Soggiorno agrodolce: struttura bellissima e centralissima, ma l'igiene è venuta meno. Sentire odori altrui su cuscini e lenzuola è un dettaglio che non si può ignorare. Spero che la gestione intervenga, perché il posto merita molto di più."
Alla fine ci hanno cambiato la stanza ma nn esiste una cosa del genere

We had a nice stay but some things disappointed given the price. More a 3 star hotel
Pros:

The location is great for seeing most of the sights with most being around a 10min walk.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a great size and the shower was excellent.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the corridor and the rooms next door were not appreciated. When u you ou can hear kids playing table tennis and chatting at 11pm.

There was a lot of dust and hairs on the headboard of the bed.

The quality of the mattress on the kids beds was poor.

Quiet, Spacious Rooms in a Central Location
Pros:

We stayed as an adult family group, and the late-night check-in (after midnight) was handled very smoothly and easily. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — from reception to the cleaning team to the breakfast servers. The rooms were very spacious, including the bathrooms, which is especially appreciated since hotel rooms in Europe are often quite small. The hotel is in a very central location, right at the beginning of Via del Corso, yet still quiet at night. We were there during the New Year’s period, and the atmosphere made our stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. The only thing that could be improved is adding more variety to breakfast, especially during the holidays, since it was the same each day.

Pros:

We loved the location, right in the center of everything. We walked from the hotel to every place that is must seen.
Also is near bus stations and metro if you need.
It's located at the beginning of Via del corso.
Again, best location.

Cons:

Now to big disapointment, the facilities in the room...even if it was written that you have facilities to make coffe/tea in the room, we discovered after 3 days that you have to pay for the coffee in tbe room.
They only gave tea.
There is a coffee machine in the room but they charge you for the pods, who cost 2 euro each!!!
Also, for 3 out if 5 nights there was no hot enogh water for shower. It was only lukewarm.
And finally, the breakfast was guite poor, we needed to ask for refill of the egs and bacon because the serving bowls were usually empty.
No fresh vegetables were served. Very little choises of food.
The coffee was good.
