The amenities in the room- I liked having access to a full fridge and the two separate areas in the room. The location was close to where we needed to be.
The WiFi was down all weekend and my card to enter the facilities only worked on one exterior door and our bedroom. Due to this, we had to park at the front and walk a long distance to our room with all our items. If our card had worked at other exterior doors, we could have parked closer.
The water pressure in the kitchen sink was terrible. Meanwhile the shower pressure was way too hard with not much you could do to change the pressure.
Staff also had to be called to be present at check-in at 3pm.
It was clean, Janel (who checked us in) was sweet and helpful, free parking, secure, apartment well stocked with dishes, full sized refrigerator, big screen TVs… very nice stay. We would stay again.
The blind in the bedroom did not raise. The blind in the living room worked fine but the bedroom one didn’t, so we had to use the electric lights instead of letting natural light in when in the bedroom.

Location for our purposes. Staff was great, met us after hours for check in. Liked the variety of television channels.
It’s time for a refresh and intense check out of each room. Our toilet seat was very wobbly and needs replacing. Light by bedside needed new bulb. Many paint scrapes throughout apartment.
It was like having a piece of home.
They way other tenants treat it as if no one else has to use it after them causing damage and extra work for staff. A general lack of respect.

It was more of an apartment than a hotel room. Having the bathroom and kitchen in the middle provided more privacy ion the bedroom. Furniture was comfortable. Full size refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher, while not used, were appreciated. Linens were fresh and the bed was very comfortable.
A blender, but they may have those by request in the office. We did not think to ask.
No late checkout option was offered, but we did not ask either.

The bed was super comfy. The room was clean. I felt very safe. The grounds we neat and clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room I was in had a weird smell. Not really bad but kind of like maybe the room under me was a smoking room. We needed more towels.
It was fantastic to have the kitchen and living room space so when we weren’t out and about we didn’t feel trapped in a bedroom.
Staff was very friendly, always a plus. Shout out to them, nice ladies.
Just a couple minor rough edges. The door in our bathroom scrapes the the floor at the half way point. Forgot to tell the staff about that. The remote control in the bedroom was weird, it would work intermittently or delayed between key presses. The batteries were fine, it seems some issue with the TV. Everything else was great.
