Noisey, smelly, and uncomfortable with staff often not around.

The room had enough soace and there was a kitchen area.

Cons:

The carpet in the bedroom smelled like feet. The beds were hard and the sheets were not fitted nor large enough to be securely made. The inner courtyard was constantly noisey with kids screaming non-stop for hours on end, which the staff allowed. The area around the building was extremely noisey with people sitting in their cars idling for hours, having loud conversations in the parking lot, and people racing their cars along the street. The door and windows were thin and so allowed in all noise. Also the walls were thin allowing the TVs and voices in neighboring rooms to easily enter my room. The staff was just not around when I tried to check out at 10am on a Saturday. I waited for 20 minutes but no one came.

Was good because of your front desk person Nina.
Pros:

The front desk person Nina was excellent. She was very friendly & very helpful. She is the first person to greet us & was very good at her job. I have been to several hotels & Nina is an asset to your company.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Staff , Manager and Regional Manger are the Best. The Rooms are too Closed In. The shades was broken, and other people could look into your room. ( peep that). The Carpet smell like dogs , it was poop on the carpet( dried up). I would not stay there again

It was perfect to stay there, especially for military personnel and small families. Very clean and safe.

Location- next to hw it was very noisy .
Main room didn’t have closet . We as a group ( two families) were suppose to share closet!
