Cons:

Ever since I booked the property, I’ve been receiving a lot of messages asking me to rate the property intended for different people every single day.
I messaged them to let them know and asked them to unsubscribe me from their list but no response at all. They still send the messagea everyday. I’m not sure whether this is a human error or their system’s glitch, but it’s definitely inconvenient for me.

Refund please
Cons:

No hot water, low pressure water, stink water, bathroom door broke, bath tub no water plug, really bad curtain that it can not block sun light. The last time i sleep there is 2019 and i was satisfied. So i go back and booked for 3 night. The room has a major step back that i only stay for 1 night and check out immediately the next day. No refund for me for the last two nights. What a scam
