Nette Unterkunft in super Lage. Ruhig und doch nur fussläufig 10 Minuten vom Zentrum/See entfernt. Freundlicher Betreiber. Wir hatten das einfachste Zimmer gebucht da wir eh nur drin schlafen wollten. Dafür war das top. Sogar mit Balkon. Gerne wieder

We as a group had a lovely reunion at this quiet place in the beautiful Rottach-Egern area.
Pros:

The location is excellent with a beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood and at a walking distance from shops, cafés and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have balconies overlooking the mountain. There is plenty of room for storage for clothes. There is a parking space at the hotel for fifteen cars or more. Some of the rooms have a small refrigerator. We were a group of five seniors having a reunion. Our stay was in the first half of September and the weather was mild so we didn’t need heating nor cooling.

Cons:

There is no breakfast available at the hotel but one could have breakfast at nearby cafés.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorm Haus verfügbar. Mehr nicht!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in einem runtergekommenen Zustand, schmutzig und veraltet. Die Bilder auf der Homepage täuschen und entsprechen nicht mehr der Wahrheit. Unser Zimmer war extrem schmutzig (Flusen auf dem Teppich, der Badboden war super schmutzig -Haare von dem Vorgänger, die Armaturen nur zum Teil geputzt - z.B. beim Kosmetikspiegel nur das Glas - Spinnen an der Decke, Dreckweben am Boden und vieles mehr, Schirm der Nachtischlampe kaputt etc.). Nach Aussage des Besitzer fehlt leider seit der Vorwoche die Schranktür, welche aber schon nach einer Bewertung aus Juli 2024 fehlt.
