Horrible
Cons:

I requested a refund right after checking in. The rooms smelled of an odor. There were roaches and insects flying around in one of the rooms. I have yet to hear anything back regarding my refund.

Easy access to the area. Owner very pleasant.

Cons:

Hall smelled of mold? Laundry water? No AC in Hall. “Breakfast” left a lot to be desired. Non functioning elevator ( thankfully we didn’t need). Updates needed

Das Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage waren in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Es gab Schimmel im Frühstück, allgemein mangelhafte Hygiene, Flecken sowie sogar Blutflecken im Bettzeug. Der Pool war verschmutzt und insgesamt war alles dreckig. Zudem stand die Kaffeemaschine im Badezimmer, ein Safe war nicht vorhanden und das Zimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen, sodass jederzeit jemand hätte eintreten können. Teilweise war auch gar kein Frühstück verfügbar.

An okay place to stay.
Pros:

Beds were comfy. We didn't stay the whole night, we were only there a few hours. We dropped off our girls in town for the Watermelon Thump and for Todd Myers and Braxton Keith's concert.

Cons:

The comforter had spots of stuck-on gum. There were people out in the parking lot BBQing and drinking and being loud.
