Ceiling light doesn’t work, location is not good, far from the train station

Amazing. We got a brand new apartment for our stay.

Spectacular view of the mountains from our room. The breakfast that comes with the room was excellent. The staff were super friendly and gave us useful tips on hiking trails in the area.

At its price..it presented itself as perfect in all aspects.Easy for me to recommend.a few minutes walk to centre of Interlaken.No fuss and no bother..I liked it.beautiful ,clean, balcony with view..nice breakfast.no reception desk but come and go easy

Good central location only 5-10 min walk from Interlaken West train station. Was a nice location in the suburbs and the host was very friendly and gave some good tips on where we were hiking that day. Breakfast was nice and varied, and our beds were comfortable. Somewhere to store our luggage at the property after checkout while we hiked around Interlaken prior to our departure from the nearby train station which has direct train to Zurich airport. Very good spot!

We loved our stay here. Sylvia was so helpful online and even more so when we arrived. She helped make our time there easy and fun. Breakfast was delicious. It was close to downtown and easily walkable. It was also quiet, unlike some other places we've recently stayed. "Just right!"
l recommend booking the parasailing even if you're old and afraid! We had so much fun venturing out of our comfort zone. Also easily travelled to Zermatt and other mountain towns. Bus transportation around the area was also provided.

If you want to stay in a real Swiss neighborhood, if
you want to stay in an Alpine looking house, if you
are not in a rush and want to take your own sweet
time visiting the alps... if this is you... This is the
place to stay! Stayed here for 5 nights to go visit the alps. They gave me the room with the huge balcony and it was nice to just sit down, have a drink and watch the alps and relax. It is walkable to the train station but give yourself atleast 8-10mins to walk(i clocked this with a very slow pace and i dont want to sweat coz it was snowing).

A very good base to stay if you wanna enjoy both
the Jungfrau region and Interlaken West. Trust me. Unterseen/Interlaken West has alot of Insta spots!

You will also get the Interlaken card which you can
use to take free public transport in Interlaken and
surrounding areas. This was very nice coz I needed we all need to go to Interlaken Ost from Interlaken West to go to the Alps!

There is a bakery nearby that opens at 6am for a
good breakfast and a COOP supermarket nearby if u wanna save money. Migros cafeteria by the train station also sells 'affordable' lunch and dinner.

Overall great stay!

O quarto é ainda mais lindo do que nas fotos, limpo, organizado. Café da manhã simples, mas completo.
Meu quarto tinha uma varanda linda e com vista para as montanhas. Recomendo e voltarei!

Awesome place to stay, so clean and well kept. Will definitely recommend.

Check-in and Check-out was easy. Requested extra pillows and got them. Great big pillows with very good support. Bed was medium firm. It worked for me. Room was very quiet, but I found out there were no other guests since we’re in low season. Some staff may live on premises because I did hear someone walking above us. House was convenient to many great restaurants. Microwave available if you want to reheat anything. Staff was very friendly. Electric Kettle outside of room made for easy access to several cups of tea. Common Swiss breakfast selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, yogurts, etc...and the odd ball, but appreciated Shin Ramen.
If you use a lot of towels, you may want to request extra. Only 2 bath and 1 hand towel provided. Toilet had some stains. Mini fridge in room is very loud, so had to keep that unplugged when we slept. There is a cat on premises that spends time in the dining area. The only big issue is the amount of ants in the dining area. They were mostly on the fresh fruit, so I avoided that.
There are some kinks, but I would stay again.

Located on a quiet residential street about a 15 minute walk from the railroad station/downtown, the facility was a perfect one nighter for us:clean,with a private bath & commodious

We felt the hostess,Anna (?), was supurb and that alone was enough to boost our rating from a mere"good" to that of Excellent.

Hôtel très propre, petit-déjeuner buffet copieux, proche du centre ville à pied. La gentillesse et les bons conseils pour visiter la région de Jen hôtesse très sympathique.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Room was clean but a bit small. Drinking water, tea bags and a kettle to boil hot water was provided in the common area outside the rooms which was a bonus. Staff was very friendly, cheerful and accommodating especially Jen. Walking distance to the train station was quite near about 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

The location was perfect - about 4 blocks from train station. Nice, simple bedroom and good intercontinental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The guesthouse is in a convenient location (5 min walk to the train station), clean and offering a good breakfast, and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. It was the perfect spot for us as a family of four (and a dog).
