DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s not worth your health to stay here

From the doorway it looked like the pictures online. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Cons:

Well where do I start. It was a “NON-SMOKING” room that smelled like a 1990s bar. The sheets where definitely NOT changed as it has hair and dirt in the bed, pillow case look like it had blood on it. Thankfully we always bring some of our own just in case. The ac didn’t work we set the ac at 60 the lowest it would go and we still sweat like crazy. The room didn’t look like it has been cleaned, dusted, mopped etc in forever. There were little holes in the ceiling, the shower rod was held up with black electrical tape, and the walls had nasty shit running down them. My husband tried to talk to the cleaning staff the next morning and they laughed and said that room is almost never rented. The front desk did t even wanna hear anything when my husband turned in the key. We have stayed in A LOT of hotels all over the country and this had to be by far the worst we have ever stayed in. Thankfully we were only there for a couple hours as it was just a spot to get a shower and sleep on our way to the next destination. Over all it’s definitely not worth the money you pay even though it was a cheap hotel. ( I WISH OT WOULD PWT ME LOAD MORE THAN 4 PICTURES).

Hello,
We did NOT stay at this hotel in Ridgeland, SC the night of 2/13 because when we arrived, the hotel office was dark and locked. We knocked and a woman answered who told us the hotel was shut down due to a power failure. She advised us to contact OYO directly. I called OYO within an hour of having this conversation with the woman at the hotel. The OYO representative stated that he could not give us a refund until he had confirmed separately that the hotel was, indeed, shut down. He said that he would contact us again within 48 hours. WE HAVE NOT YET heard back from anyone at OYO.

Is anyone at Booking.COM able to help us get a refund on our booking?

Oyo Hotel
Pros:

Some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. The rooms are cozy but I could tell the hotel was a little old. Wonderful value the price was fair. Right near the interstate.

Cons:

Not much really the bathroom was slightly dirty but it wasn't a big deal to me it was so minor. thank y'all for the good experience if the opportunity arises I'd definitely come back here to stay.

I was just passing through and staying for one night. The place was very serviceable and the bed was comfortable. The place was quiet and did have a mini fridge. It did not have many amenities like a pool or gym.

Pros:

Bad service, hotel was dirty, people are living there and bbq-ing in parking lot, walls are paper thin (could smell the cig smoke through the walls), gross, just avoid. I spoke with management and they gave me the ok, ok, ok, ok and won't make any changes. Urine in toilet when I checked in. Requested refund, no go.

KEEP DRIVING!! We booked this hotel at the last minute just to catch a few hours of sleep. The room was disgusting. The bedding looked as if it had never been changed. There was suspicious stains on the floor and curtains. You definitely get what you pay for because it is cheap. We decided not stay and the property do not issue refunds.
