Cons:

Nothing in the hotel worked. AC and TV did not function properly. The floors were sticky and there was hair all through the bathtub. And it smelt like smoke. It’s was terrible!

Pros:

We stayed here for a week. Couldn't have asked for anything closer to Lackland AFB. My son graduated from basic and I wanted as much time with him as possible. This was the place. Not even 10 mins away depending on traffic. Now this isn't a 5star hotel but let me tell you the service was great. We asked for more towels and washcloths. No problem. Every encounter we had was with owners. They were super friendly and polite. Room had microwave, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. If we were to come back down we would definitely stay here again. We didn't use the pool since he wasn't allowed too however it was very nice.

Cons:

There wasn't a coffee pot in the room. Not a problem. We asked about coffee and they had one. So even that was fine.

Pros:

The pool was padlocked, i reserved a room with two king size beds none was available upon arrival. No towels, or soap in the room. Dirty linens. Not at all what i was expecting for 77 dollars
