Séjour parfait de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Le mobilier et la décoration de la chambre et de la salle eau.
Le personnel parfait. Remise de clé 2 heures avant l’horaire prévu.

Da direttore d’albergo devo dire che la struttura ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative. La camera molto spaziosa ed elegante. Pulizia lodevole. L’hotel dispone di un bel giardino aperto tutto il giorno. Lo staff molto cordiale e professionale. Un ringraziamento speciale va dato al Sig. Davide molto gentile e professionale.

La colazione, a mio avviso scarsa per un quattro stelle.

La situación perfecta, fuimos caminando al centro y está cerca del barrio de Sanitá, fantástico para cenar.

Bom café da manhã, e atendimento dos funcionários e o fato de ter estacionamento nos ajudou muito

Decoração muito escura, e a localização apesar de ser boa, as ruas no entorno do hotel com muito lixo, difícil para caminhar

Great room with jacuzzi and big comfy bed
Pros:

The bathtub with jacuzzi experience in the room, it was lovely. Big bathtub and full of features.

Cons:

The soft pillows but that's my problem as the pillows are mostly all the same style in hotels and I prefer hard pillows.
