Pros:

I really enjoyed the luxurious stay. The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was a great addition. I also really liked the free laundry room, which was convenient and easy to use.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. Some items ran out too quickly, and there weren't enough options. The location was also quite far from the main tourist areas and city centre, which made getting around less convenient.

Stunning views and staff that go above and boyond
Pros:

Incredible access to the lake, spa and laundry. Murielle on reception and the Spanish waitress went above and beyond. They were both superstars.

Cons:

The shuttle to the centre started quite late and finished quite early

Pros:

During a road trip with a very intense and packed schedule where we spend nights in different hotels in Germany, France and Switzerland this hotel stood out clearly. Beautiful place, the location by the lake is really ideal and the attention to little details impressive. The restaurant of the hotel served really good food in a great atmosphere that set the holiday mood. By car the city center was relatively close. The personnel was helpful and polite.

تجربة مخيبة ولا تتناسب مع مستوى الفندق

حجزت 3 غرف لستة أشخاص، ولكن عند الوصول تم إبلاغنا بأن إقامتنا ستكون في الـPenthouse. تفاجأت بأن الـPenthouse يتكون فعلياً من غرفتين فقط، ومصمم أساساً لاستيعاب 4 أشخاص، وليس 6 أشخاص كما هو موجود في حجزي.

كما أن الحمام بتصميم زجاجي يفتقر بشكل واضح إلى الخصوصية، وهو أمر غير مناسب إطلاقاً لإقامة عدة أشخاص.

عند الاعتراض، تم إخباري بشكل متكرر بأنه لا توجد غرف شاغرة، رغم أن المشكلة كانت نتيجة لترتيب الفندق وليس تغييراً من طرفنا. وبعد الإصرار، تمت الموافقة على استرداد قيمة ليلة واحدة فقط.

المؤسف أن الفندق لم يقدم أي اعتذار أو تعويض إضافي أو ترقية أو خصم على بقية الإقامة لمعالجة الموقف واستعادة رضا العميل.

بصراحة، كنت أتوقع مستوى أعلى بكثير من الاحترافية في التعامل مع مشكلة بهذا الحجم، خصوصاً أن الحجز كان لثلاث غرف لستة أشخاص. استرداد قيمة ليلة واحدة لا يعوض عن الإزعاج، ولا يعالج الطريقة التي تمت بها إدارة المشكلة.

التجربة بشكل عام كانت مخيبة، والمشكلة الأساسية لم تكن في الغرفة فقط، وإنما في عدم الالتزام بالحجز وطريقة التعامل مع المشكلة
