The food of the hotel was so delicious. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Hotel was so clean and the spa was so relaxing

The location is great, additional shuttles would be welcome to go to the center ( 25 mns away)

Cons:

- While some dishes were excellent, Some of the food experiences , both taste and presentations) were very average for a Relais et Chateau.
Mentioned during check out with photos provided.

- Rooms close to reception tend to be noisy.
- Corner garden patio rooms offer no lake view if you’re not standing up.

O Alex Lake é um hotel perfeito em tudo.
Pros:

Essa acomodação é perfeita, no Alex Lake, tudo é muito lindo e perfeito lá eu encontrei a excelência em serviços. Passei lá a virada do ano e foi maravilhoso.
