Pros:

Loved everything. A beautiful hotel in a quiet area close to the station. We had a room with a balcony with stunning views over the lake. Also close to the ferries.

The employees were unbelievably kind. The facility is so beautiful and well kept. There’s a lot to offer and is in the cutest town.

Pros:

Der Blick war fantastisch, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen hervorragend. Einzig das Frühstück war sehr teuer, dafür dass ich eigentlich nur ein Müsli und einen Kaffee trinke.

The food of the hotel was so delicious. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Hotel was so clean and the spa was so relaxing

The location is great, additional shuttles would be welcome to go to the center ( 25 mns away)

Cons:

- While some dishes were excellent, Some of the food experiences , both taste and presentations) were very average for a Relais et Chateau.
Mentioned during check out with photos provided.

- Rooms close to reception tend to be noisy.
- Corner garden patio rooms offer no lake view if you’re not standing up.
