Great 5 star boutique hotel just 15 mins from center of Zurich for some peace and tranquility

Cons:

The Lake level rooms… people walking past outside can look down into the room! Thankfully we got changed and upgraded to a higher room with gorgeous lake view!

Good overall, it was our third time at the hotel

Cons:

I was unhappy to see that I was charged 250CHF extra for room cleaning. It's the first time it ever happened to me. I was disappointed by the hotel. It should be a service offered by the hotel. I hope you will take it into consideration

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel (and staff) are amazing!
Pros:

Apart from our lake view room, the location, the bar and restaurant, the spa gym and free laundry facilities.
Most importantly the staff were magnificent!
