It was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. The floor was extremely dirty with outside dirt, crumbs and full of debris. There was a bloody test strip from a glucometer and I had to wear my shoes. The furniture was full of dust and crumbs

Carpet , furniture and pillows were outdated. Bathroom faucet dripping and noisy air-conditioner. When the thermostat would kick in, it made a loud noise. It did that all night.

It was horrible. First off we got sent to the wrong room opened the door someone was already in there. Went back to the desk and was told it was our fault that we went to the wrong room. My wife said so your saying same card opens all the doors? She gave us another card to another room. Room was dirty floors were disgusting wore shoes the whole time. Refrigerator didn't work. Front on the A/c kept falling off. After the first night the front desk had to keep opening our door, key card never worked again. We went and bought our own sheets . Would not have stayed if we could have found anything else but that weekend everything was full. Will never ever stay there again I would rather sleep in our car. Yes it was that bad.

Was not clean. Floor was dirty. Toilet was not clean.

Some of our outlets didnt work. No elevators.

The hotel in general had this smell that made your chest & stomach hurt. Absolutely disgusting gum on the walls on the bed frames that they had no intentions on even removing the cleaning crew definitely could care less and so could the hotel. There where poop stains on the covers the floors looked like they had never been mopped and bars everywhere like they DID ABSOLUTELY NO TYPE OF CLEANING. the microwave looked like little pebbles of rat poop in there or just some type of bug poop. The mini fridge was disgusting. I truly don’t know how anyone could sleep or even work there when I tell you my throat started to get itchy from the smell this hotel had was terrible. We got room on the first floor at first I complained to front desk how disgusting and showed him everything because of course I took photos of everything. And he offered me another room upstairs I than go check that one out and there to where hairs everywhere and looked like it had also not been mopped. The fridge as well was disgusting. I have two little ones under 4, I promise you if you have kids DO NOT BOOK HERE. We had to end up leaving finding another hotel and when I mentioned this hotel to the new place we came to they said “ oh yes that place is disgusting and in a terrible area” therefore it obviously has a bad name. I check reviews everywhere and the amount of good reviews this place had is crazy. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The smell of old smell was everywhere

Entire hotel reaked of marijuana. The rooms A/C was completely broken and no fans were in the room. The floor was dirty and had paint splatters all over. The bed was not comfortable in the slightest.

Overall its too old and need renovation of rooms.

The room was old, the floor was coming apart and it smelled of smoke. And not the fault of Quality inn but we went on graduation weekend so the price was over inflated for what we got.
