Comfortable bed

Cons:

It was trouble from booking, to getting a room. To getting a room that was not occupied, to getting keys that worked on room door. Then no one bothered to tell us the side door was being worked on, so key didnt work there and had to go all the way around to front. It was a comfortable room..but that's the only good i can say..

No elevator or staff to get to 2nd floor! NOT GOOD!!!

Room was clean but a bit shabby. Snacks and amenities in room were nice.

Cons:

NO ELEVATOR TO OUR ROOM ON SECOND FLOOR!!! only stairs and no staff to help. We had heavy bags! (We are senior citizens.) The stairs did not even have handrails on the side walls—only pegs on some walls of stairs.
Water pressure in sink was very very low. (Shower pressure was normal.)

The online pictures were very deceiving but was glad to see that renovations were in progress.

Room needs major updates. Workers were working in the middle night nearby in hotel which was disturbing and made it hard for me to sleep well.

Suck and they are rude and unprofessional

Nothing rude staff they checked someone into my room and was not going to refund it just have the person that was already in there move this was at 8pm

Cons:

The girl that worked the front desk had her thug boyfriend and kids at the front desk. Then when I asked for a refund and said I didn’t want to move over so she could check the next person in called security on me. As she thug boyfriend tried to mad dog me like a punk. Would recommend even if it was a pay by the hour situation

It was nice visit but eventful

Our Sunday stay fire alarms were going off my husband asked if we needed to vacate staff told him no not at this time and to stay in the room. He went to store to get coffee and donuts I heard some commotion outside the door the alarms went off but came back on so I heard a gentleman’s voice when I opened the door to our room there was smoke heavily in the hallway I asked do we need to leave he said yes. The alarms need to be louder when the tv is on you can barely hear the alarms. Thankfully it wasn’t anything bad! The laundry room is where it happened at! In our room the flooring was coming up not just in one spot but multiple spots around the bed and couch. Rust in the shower/bath and missing covering under the sink. The seal on and around the shower needs to be replaced moldy looking. This was room 125.

Pros:

I loved that it came with free breakfast and the rooms were amazing. Beds were so comfy best sleep of my life

Cons:

My key card didn't work for one of the entrance on the side so it was a little work walking around f to get in all the time but not bad.

Staff was very helpful and nice, and the facility was clean.
Pros:

The nightly rate was very acceptable, as was the location. Though on on a very busy frontage road with automobile repair businesses and restaurants, the location was very close to attractions and family.
For breakfast, coffee, juices, fruit, eggs and biscuits and gravy were available, along with cereals.

Cons:

The hotels breakfast was just OK. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 9:00 which is quite acceptable, however there was no bacon or sausage. Also, if a person did not arrive before 8:15 or so, you were out of luck for eggs. Eggs were not kept available throughout the morning. The coffee was weak, but readily available.

It was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. The floor was extremely dirty with outside dirt, crumbs and full of debris. There was a bloody test strip from a glucometer and I had to wear my shoes. The furniture was full of dust and crumbs
