Entendiendo que estaban con remodelacion, me pareció que no se hicieron cargo de los clientes al momento del desayuno. Solo 2 mesas, si estaban ocupadas debias llevar tu desayuno a la habitación o afuera, con el frio de la mañana. Muy mal manejado. Incluso lavaban alfombra a la entrada del hotel, me pregunto ¿por que no la movieron aunque sea unos centímetros? Para no interrumpir el movimiento de los clientes

I travel a lot and the breakfast was a let down.

Conveniently located, friendly check-in staff, comfortable room.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. I travel a lot and was greeted with powdered eggs and non-bagel bagels. Real eggs could be purchased for a fraction of the gross intake for a day. They were remodeling and the dining area was very small. They should have made some accommodations to allow for more seating.

We didn’t mind construction works, some discount should be serious

Breakfast classic, O.K. Location very good, mountains, clear and nice historical city

we cannot sleep, till midnight crying children in the pool. Nobody from the stuff didn’t do anything. How is it possible? Close the pool at 9 or 10p as another serious hotes /BW in Durango/. It

Cons:

Where to begin. Chaotic check in with room not ready. Builders refurbishing with debris on floors bins overflowing and cigarette butts outside the main doors. Requested when booked months ago a particular room but this wasn’t available. Receptionist seemed to create more hassle than achieve anything breakfast was in the lobby with furniture covered up. Despite a busy hotel only two tables available to eat so we gave up and returned to our room. They maybe refurbishing the hotel but should ensure it can still function for the paying customers.
