Mega Light Hotel

The fat guy at the Reception shouted at me when I asked some help on bus issues. The staff don't speak any English. Receptionist attitude is very rude and disrespectful to guests. Very unhelpful so Not suitable to be in the Reception. The owner better Sack this Guy ASAP!

In short, Avoid this hotel at all cost!

Hotel is located Far from the city centre. I booked a Snorkeling tour online & the tour operator don't pick me from the hotel here even free pick provided in the tour.

The tour operator claimed my hotel was located far away from city centre. So l got to take a Grab to the meeting point in the city

It clearly stated in Agoda, free bottle drinking provided, tea plus instant coffee & with swimming pool access.

No water provided & swimming pool was dirty & not working. Very misleading. Not sure how this hotel got 8 Rating in Agoda

Not sure, where to start. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS ROOM even though it is cheap.

STAFF - rude staff, they tried to convince me that I have canceled my reservation. Then suddenly, the reservation appeared. It is not possible to pay after checking the room (I know why!), it is not possible to pay by card, so I went for cash and they kept my passport till payment. I did not want to pay when I saw the disaster in the room, but they refused to give me back my passport. They accused my boyfriend of stealing two beers!

ROOM - I have never seen such a disgusting and dirty room. I know that it is cheap but we are not animals! See pictures - mold on the walls, in the bathroom; poo in the toilet; I do not want to know what kind of human extract is on the curtains, etc.

THE POOL - dirty water, plastic bottles in the pool, mess around, the pool is approx 2x2 m.

LOCATION - they have wrong location on maps so it seems that it is closer to beach, but it is not. Also, this part of nha trang is empty - no restaurants, money exchange etc. The second (southeast part) is better and more turistic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WE Was a group of 5! I had a reservation for two nights
We arrived the receptionist was sleeping and very upset when we woke him to check in. He started shouting and very nasty and rude would not open the door and telt us to leave . Left us on the street with all bags! Then went onto cancel the booking when i left and had to check into a near by hotel. And the hotel had the very cheek to charge FULL PRICE as a no show! Good job I have video of the rude guy to show Booking.com that we were actually NOT. A no show! We was just refused check in because he was upset baby small man receptionist because he was woken up. 🍼👶

Booked a room in advance, but when I arrived there yesterday they had no available rooms and they basically just told me to leave. There were three more people like me at the reception. I was standing there with 3 bags, not knowing what to do. I was expecting to have a nice holiday, but instead I had to rent more expensive room in a random hotel nearby. They ruined my whole Nha Trang trip. Disgusting place and rude managers.

The hotel was of a very high standard for the money. The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. They already checked information about any thing that we need with the bus or taxi company and made a plan for me to travel. Everything was fine. Clean room and the towels were changed every day, the laundry service was cheap, especially the motorbike rent cost was cheap, too. We had a good price for the nice motorbike with the time for rent is very comfortable 24 hours from the time we booked. It was a very nice time that we feel relaxed with small swimming pool which on the rooftop and wonderful view to the city. We really hope to comeback again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Lovely hotel,spotless. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi at short notice and the young lady on reception sorted it out for us. There’s a small pool to cool down. Short walk to the beach. About 15 mins to the nightlife, but taxis are really cheap. We had a sea view too which was great.
