Fine værelser og gode senge. Personalet hjælpsom men kunne ikke engelsk så de brugte en translator. Det tog lidt tid men virkede.

clean hotel with modern furniture in room, comfy beds, but almost no service- barely anyone ever at the front desk, room was clean to start but never cleaned during stay. very few places to eat right close - wasnt terrible but wasnt fantastic... price was decent.

The room is very clean and large. It is situated around a residential/commercial area so it may get noisy with kids, etc. Short walk across the street to Hoa Lu Old Quarter and Walking Street with restaurants and cafes.

Very unprogresssional.Kept trying to shake us down for a higher price after we had paid for the trip months earlier. It was actually really bizarre and made our whole trip really uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and at a good location. The front desk was not staffed all the time. When we arrived at the hotel we had to call a number and they gave us our room number and the Key/Card was left on the front desk, which we found unsafe.

The staff at the hotel do not speak English but they use a Travis Translator to communicate and it worked well. The rooms were big and clean but there were very limited options for dining and shopping in the area.

I slept best here compared to many other hotels/cities I visited. Coming from Hanoi, the room was huge, cleaned and spacious. Few things showed wear and tear but otherwise great. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The other staff, an older gentleman was a bit slow either misinformed or lackluster. The rental moped was old but it did the job getting us around the area. Ninh Binh is lovely to ride moped. Wish I could stay longer.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich Service. Keine Englischkenntnisse beim Personal, aber mit Uebersetzungsgeraet hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Scooter kann man beim Hizel für 150.000 Dong/Tag mieten. Wäscheservice ist recht teuer (45.000 Dong/kg). Die Bettdecken haben keinen Bezug und es kann etwas ungewöhnlich erscheinen. Es gibt keine anderen Decken, wenn es nachts zu kalt wird.

No hot water for morning or afternoon showers, may have restricted or may not have big enough hot water tanks - cold showers were difficult

Gut gelegen, unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr zu empfehlen

I had a great experience at this hotel. Nice, clean rooms and a great, helpful staff. Try to get one of the rooms with a balcony because those are the best!!!

The hotel is new nice big room bed is comfortable with air con hot & cold quiet Location. restaurant within walking distance can rent motorbike for sightseeing .would recommend and stay again

This family run hotel is very welcoming. I contacted the owner prior to my stay, via a messaging app, and he was able to arrange a car from Hanoi airport. I don't speak a word of Vietnamese but thankfully the hotel has a gadget at reception which translates between Vietnamese and major international languages.
My ensuite room was modern, spacious, air conditioned, and very clean. The beds are large.

The hotel is well situated for the Ninh Binh attractions. Tam Coc and the Tran An Grottoes are a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Mua Caves with its magnificient views are 25 minutes away. If you want to beat the coach loads of day trippers from Hanoi stay in Ninh Binh.

The showers in the room have to be some of the biggest I’ve ever seen. It’s in a quiet area. Outside noise won’t keep you from sleep.

The hotel was very clean and rooms are big. Travis was very helpful, he looked after us and made sure we had a good stay. The service provided, made us feel at home. He also helped us in planning our trip around Ninh Binh. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to come to Ninh Binh.
