It is in the city center, no need to pay for parking (they have ballet parking free of charge) & it was clean.

Well it's an old hotel, but maintenence should be done, our door was cracked in the bottom, but nothing that serious

Great location Historic property
Pros:

You can't beat the central location, access to the port, shopping, the cathedral, and government offices. It's right across the street from a large park too. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We stored our bags after check-out so that we could spend the day unencumbered.
