Very comfortable with a great view
Pros:

The view was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was actually really nice (a 10 minute walking distance from midtown ella). Tuktuks are always available in the area. They provide umbrellas incase of rain. The room was very comfortable and clean and they were generous with the amenities. They have a garden with so many types of plants and birds.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little limited with its options. Sometimes they dont take payment in dollars so you have to check with them beforehand incase you need to exchange money.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Ella
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Ella Flower Garden. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to Nine Arch Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, and just 1 km from the centre of Ella. The views are fantastic, and the warm, welcoming hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Lalith and Raj, whose kindness and outstanding service made us feel right at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ella

Good location. Clean. Balconies are beautiful

Cons:

Staff is overwhelming on checking how everything is going.. but services don’t match it. Bathrooms are underwhelming.. no hook to hang clothes. Shower spouted very hot and cold water suddenly. No iron unless u ask for it. Won’t do housekeeping till you ask for it. And if you give feedback staff is very sensitive they feel very bad.

Entrance and view from the balcony. Lots of flowers.

They mentioned 24/7 security and reception but nobody was there when we went there for one emergency case, called many times then only got a response. No lift , we used steps
They have to keep a note near balcony door to avoid bugs enter in to the room, we faced a big issue many bugs entered in the room on bed and floor as well, we told them to provide comfortable room 1st they said no room available after a long argument they gave us another room, they switched off all lights on the walkway we used mobile torch to reach reception from the room.

Restraunt serves great breakfast

The renovation going on makes the access to some rooms very difficult.

Staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a view of the mountain to compensate for current renovations. The renovation work did not affect us at all. Room exceptionally spacious, bed large and comfortable. The view from our room was magical. The hotel is next to tea plantations and close to Little Adam’s Peak. We would 100% stay here again.

Cons:

People in room close to us were partying until past 2.00am. Unfortunately there is no one on reception but you are provided with a number to call for issues/emergencies. The issue was that when we called the number the person on call did not seem to understand the issue or was unwilling to do anything. The hotel had no clear policy about noise curfews, there it should consider this.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was exceptional. The front office team provided a warm and professional welcome, housekeeping maintained the room perfectly with great attention to cleanliness and comfort, and the restaurant staff delivered excellent service with delicious food. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thank you all for making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again.

Pros:

Location is amazing - right in the middle of the city with no elevated climbs at all. Rooms are in a brand new building and staff are amazing! Balcony is huge and views also great! Lalith was very helpful at dinner time and at breakfast.

Отличный отель, отличный персонал, идеальная локация, пик Адама, мост, центр в пешей доступности, вкуснейшая кухня, хороший завтрак, номер выбирали большой, но нам его бесплатно улучшили до большого с бассейном, хотели сразу его купить на букинге на 3х, но не было возможности и функции его купить сразу, после общения на эту тему с отелем и заселением все получилось! Однозначно рекомендуем, лучший отель в ШЛ!

La vue incroyable! certainement la plus belle d’Ella.
Le personnel et toute l’équipe très chaleureux qui prend bien soin de vous.
L’emplacement, un peu en retrait, idéal si on aime le calme et juste au départ des différents chemins de randonnée.
La chambre spacieuse avec sa grande terrasse. Agréable décoration.
De même la grande salle de petit déjeuner.
A l’occasion, le buffet pour le dîner.
Les multiples variétés de fleurs et de plantes à l’entrée de l’établissement, c’est une véritable jardinerie, un musée de végétaux.

Cons:

Pas de reproche.
En comparaison d’autres établissements de cette catégorie le prix est un peu élevé.
Si l’on souhaite utiliser de l’eau chaude, il vaut mieux savoir que cela peut prendre quelques minutes avant qu’elle arrive.
Il faut des adapteurs pour les prises.

Excellent hotel is Ella for a premium price
Pros:

I loved the location. Perfect for Nine Arches Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, Ella Rock, and Ravana Pool Club - all walking distance. Short walk to town for shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was heavenly.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe a little pricey.
