Excellent treatment from the very beginning, the fact that it has a green wall, amazing flower and cactus garden, very good location and the staff are super attentive and amazing! We would like to give special thanks to Mr Lalith, he was tremendously helpful in breakfast time, making sure we were treated extremely well and explaining local food. Equally, upon departure, Mr Camilus ensured that our bags were properly collected and fit in the car, with a smile and good wishes to ensure a sweet departure back! Thanks all team! And kudos for the reception girls too, very pleasant to interact and ensure our requests were accommodated easily. The views of the rooms are amazing towards the valley.
Better way finding and signage is needed in the hotel and lifts, overall, for instance our room was 305 but located in 1st floor.
Every think is beautiful and everyone in hotel is good and friendly specially manujaya he is very respectful, friendly, and always willing to help.
The resort is incredulity fabulous. I have had a real great experience. Staff is wonderful and the room was more than I expected.
Properly is situated close to the town and can easily access to the places that you want to visit in Ella . It has an awesome view of Ella Rock and room was spacey with a balcony.

There was an ongoing constructions so that might disturb the guests.
We were lucky to have one of the newly renovated rooms with a spectacular view. The staff was also very helpful when needed.
We were unaware of the construction that is happening nearby as well as the ongoing renovation of the hotel. I didn't mind the noise as much as the blocking of certain entrances when we were there for construction purposes which required a circuitous route through the hotel to get from room to lobby. Unfortunately this was some trouble for elder family members with knee troubles but we managed as well as we could.
Lovey hotel with big rooms and a balcony overlooking the hills. Delicious spread of various Sri Lankan breakfast options. The highlight was the dedication, attention to detail and pure effort of the staff to make our stay more comfortable. Special mention about Lalith who was such a friendly gentleman who gave a personalized service during our stay. Had a wonderful time.
The hotel is still undergoing some renovations so the access to our room was through the restaurant. Hopefully this will no longer be the case once the work is completed

Great location, located near Kandy town. Staff were attentive and welcoming, especially Mr Camilus and Mr Lalith. Hotel reception was quick during our check in despite our late arrival at 10pm.
Hot water was not available in the afternoon, perhaps due to ongoing construction at the resort.

מלון חדש , שירות נהדר אנשי הצוות מאוד מנסים לעזור ותמיד עם חיוך רוצה לשבח במיוחד את raj ו lalith.
חדרים גדולים עם נוף מקסים להרים . סה״כ מקום נחמד שנעים לשהות בו .
המלון הרגיש קצת כמו מבוך , הוא עדיין בשיפוצים וחלק מהמהעליות לא עובדות .החדר שלנו היה גדול ויפה אך היה בו ריח חריף של טחב . הזרימת מים במקלחת חלשה וגם אין מים פושרים או קרים או רותחים - ביאס קצת . חבל מאוד שאין בריכה למלון זה היה מאוד מוסיף . המרפסת מאוד מאוד גדולה ולא מאובזרת . וכיאה למלון 4 כוכבים מן הראוי היה שיהיה טלוויזיה בכבלים לתיירים ולא ערוצים מקומיים בלבד . למרות כל הרשמים המלון כן נעים , יש לו פוטנציאל אדיר כשהשיפוצים יסתיימו לגמרי .
