Hampton inn is one of the better places to stay in Elizabeth city.
Pros:

The room was nice. The tv has Netflix built in that you can sign into.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. The Wawa next door is noisy with people revving their engines late into the night.

comfortable, clean and friendly
Pros:

this hotel met the consistently high standard that defines the Hampton Inn brand. I really appreciate the fresh coffee available 24-7 and the ample breakfast choices. In addition, the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Refused to consider after seeing reviews
Pros:

After reading the reviews I decided not to reserve a room. The reviews will make someone believe this is a Patel family run hotel. Bugs, black mold, filthy added charges after checkout. It's the normal for the owners. They run more than 17000 hotels in the USA and all have serious management issues.

Will recommend this location to anyone
Pros:

Was checked in by Rachel on Friday afternoon and was treated with total respect and dignity from start to finish. Rachel was here Saturday morning and not many people will remember your name but she did. When Rachel left for the afternoon, Amber was here another associate who was very respectful and very nice.

Best stay with cleanest, most helpful staff we’ve ever experienced at a Hampton Inn.
Pros:

Great location close to everything yet quiet and very safe. The property was super clean with very friendly, dedicated staff!

Cons:

Nothing. This was one of the best Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at.
