Great experience -- loved the ocean view room.
Pros:

Great location. We had a room with patio overlooking the ocean. They also had a restaurant on the premises which was very convenient. Plus a local market which was just a few minutes awary by foot.

Cons:

A little bit away from the city center but just a short bus or taxi ride away.

A környék nyugis. A kilátás az óceánra és az óceán hangja miatt relaxálásra tökéletes. A fürdőszoba szép felújított és tiszta volt.

Cons:

A medence vize hideg volt. A szobában a melegvíz gyorsan elfogyott, akkor is, ha nem egymás után zuhanyoztunk közvetlenül. Bor helyett jobban örültünk volna a só+cukor meg egy-két nescafé lenne bekészítve. Este érkeztünk és nem tudtuk, hogy mit vegyünk a supermarketben. Ágynemű rossz minőségű volt.

Pros:

Très agréable séjour au bord de l'océan. Au calme, avec une vue imprenable, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Le personnel est très accueillant, le ménage et le changement des serviettes se fait tous les deux jours. La petite cuisine est très pratique. L'hôtel dispose de solarium, piscine et restaurant. La plage au sable noir est accessible par des escaliers.

Going loco
Pros:

Very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was nice. Very small resort. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Great public transport system. Very affordable and efficient. Easy access to other areas of the island.

Cons:

The apartment was nice however there was no privacy when we used the balcony. We were opposite the bar/restaurant and on the main walkway. Perhaps frosted glass would be an improvement or a screen of some sort. Could do with a tidy up, woodwork etc. I think it would be nice to provide condiments salt/pepper. Although not expensive would have been welcome. Acapulco is at the top of a hill and bus/taxi are unable to drop off. Being of a certain age it was at times difficult to ascend. Communal bins overflowed and I can imagine at the height of summer may cause issues. These were not on the property but on access routes. Heading up and down the hill was rather unpleasant.

Apartamento en san Agustín
Pros:

El apartamento muy bonito por dentro, todo reformado.
Dos habitaciones y un baño con utensilios de cocina:
Cafetera microondas horno tostadora y calentador de agua y secador pelo.
Dos fuegos la vitro con una sartén una cacerola un escurre pasta y una tabla de cortar.
Te dan de cortesía una botella de vino y una botella de agua.
Te dejan sobres de gel y champú y papel higiénico a diario junto con el cambio de toallas todos los días.
Y necesario la reserva de parking.
Puedes solicitar toallas para la piscina con un depósito de 10€ por toalla que después te devuelven.
Piscina muy bien con bastantes hamacas y sombrillas.
Hay un supermercado pequeñito muy cerca del

Cons:

El wifi era inexistente en nuestra habitación 218.
Ningún día había conexión.
Nos cambiaron el jabón al cuarto día tras insistir en recepción.
Tras una semana nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas.
Recepción cierra temprano a las 17h.
El parking es muy justito para aparcar con facilidad.
Pague la habitación con vistas al mar pensando que sería en primera línea como se ven en las imágenes y además escribiendo en peticiones que quería una en primera línea y estaba en una esquina que según ellos es primera línea.
Deberían ser más explícito en las descripciones de las habitaciones para luego no llevarte desilusiones y sentirte engañado por pagar ese extra.
Desayuno 12,50€ para adultos y los niños la mitad el horario es de 8-10h.
No hay tijeras en el apartamento.

Overall not bad if you get a good price
Pros:

Staff was pretty good, cleaning was done daily. This was the best part actually!
Location of the property is good i.e. close to a less frequented beach. It is not the best beach but excellent for a stroll or just relaxing for a little while. Very windy location and the beach too.

Cons:

For the price that was charged, not up to that level. Not all rooms have a direct sea view, something I was promised on phone call.
Utensils etc. were limited but sufficient. The apartment we stayed in needed maintenance, especially most of the drawers etc. were worn out. (couple were pretty bad).
Swimming pool is not heated, so if you go for that in winters - go elsewhere.

Repetiré, el apartamento merece la pena con buen descanso.
