Older property that was well maintained except for elevator.
Pros:

Property was clean, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only one of elevator was working.

Location-great, price only fair, $$$$$ parking, LACK of elevators and housekeeping!!!

Beakfast was nice and staff were terrific.

Cons:

Only ONE elevator working in a hotel filled with guests! This was a huge problem - overly filled elevator and horrible wait times just to get the one. We were on the top floor so not using the elevator wasn't an option. NOT enough staff on duty to service the number of guests. NO housekeeping, NONE, and the ones I saw were in the only working elevator with their huge carts. Hotel knows it will be particularly busy at Mardi Gras and doesn't seem to have prepared.

Loved the staff love the room
Pros:

The guy at the front desk. I believe he was Indian. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he was amazing. He treated everyone equal and did not stereotype. The room amazing. Breakfast amazing.

Well it look like there was hair on the ceiling above the sink the bathroom sink was stopped up from just brushing teeth did not get fixed the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the parking should be included in the price

Great location to the port and car rental !
Pros:

We stayed here right before our cruise ! We rented a car and it was right next to the hotel! The location was perfect and we were able to go to downtown New Orleans and check everything out !

Service the elevators
Pros:

The property was very clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was only one elevator it took so long to get to its destination. The elevator stopped on every floor even when the buttons weren’t pushed. We were on the 8th floor and a few times we had to take the stairs with 4 kids.
