Pros:

The location was perfect for all the local attractions and the breakfast was really good surprisingly

Cons:

The room wasn’t that clean!! The linens weren’t that clean either! And the pillows was flat as I don’t know what I couldn’t even get comfortable!! Other than that the room was pretty decent for our party we had

So much potential

This Hyatt Place is not a Hyatt Regency.
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful. With one of the main two elevators broken (for 98% of my visit) one staff member showed me the way to the freight elevator. Housekeeping accommodated our schedule.

Cons:

This property did not live up to the name of Hyatt. One of two guest elevators was broken the almost the whole three days. The place appeared run down. The room was small. Housekeeping missed one day at our room. The breakfast was not so bad, but I found myself going elsewhere for a good breakfast.

Overall great place to stay especially for cruising and parking the parking garage they were great and friendly!

Everything was walking distance, and parking all access.

The fridge was messed up/extremely loud and the ice machine was out of order.

Take the Stairs!!!
Pros:

This hotel was right across from the convention center which was convenient. The breakfast was OK. My family got stuck in the elevator, which is an experience I would NEVER like to repeat. We were able to get in touch with the front desk, but it still took a bit for us to get out. We were located on the 8th floor.

I have never had this happen before

We stayed 1 overnight.The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor by sink and toilet. I found old smelly food in fridge.

Haytt place review
Pros:

The whole entire hotel needs to be renovated the rooms need to be updated the floors were not mopped. I had to order cleaning supplies from walmart and wipe down and clean.
