I did like the parking, Very close to my room. It was clean

Questionable location and very sad breakfast
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Probably not the safest area, lots of homeless. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles and dry cereal only. Coffee and milk. No juice or water available except via purchase.

Horrible, stay away!!

Not one thing!

Cons:

First off I was hit with a surprise hidden $15 dog fee, not cool. Front desk person not very friendly. Property is extremely dirty littered with lots of trash room was OK. Bathroom was disgusting and needs to be remodeled but the bigger issue was the noise I was traveling through and just needed a place to stay with my dog for one night. The noise was out of control. Besides the fact I could hear people talking loudly music and dropping things on the floor above my head. I was unable to get much rest. I left this dump at 4:30. I do not recommend.
