Pros:

O hotel fica muito próximo da Estação de trem de Porta Susa. 5 min caminhando e sem perigo. Café da manhã muito bom. O banheiro tem uma boa ducha para banho.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei tinha sinais de sujeira nas paredes... mas o banheiro era limpo. Fiquei hospedado na acomodação 501. Voltaria a se hospedar nesse hotel com minha família.

Hotel di ospitalità a Torino
Pros:

La colazione è molto ampia e varia, dolci e salati in quantità corrette e con una buona scelta. La posizione ottima , molto vicina a porta Susa . I taxi arrivano in due minuti. La reception molto efficace. La camera era rinnovata e superior rispetto alla prenotazione : su questo sono stati molto cordiali e con una ospitalità mai ostentata ma concreta.
Il bagno nuovissimo , molto ampio con doccia ben posizionata e spaziosa. Nella camera era presente anche una sauna ed una vasca : eccezionale .

Cons:

La reception è un po’ triste, illuminata solo da luce artificiale. Andrebbe un po’ ammodernata .

The lifts are too small and caused me issues.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

This hotel is not suitable for SMALL mobility scooter users, the lifts are ridiculously small. They took me to use the service lift instead which was sizeable but behind a door which was awkward. I had to stand while my husband stood the scooter upright to fit the small lifts.

Good hotel in great location
Pros:

Easy to find 5 mins walk from Porta Susa station (look for the XVIII Dicembre exit sign after getting off the train). Reception friendly and efficient. Room modern and clean with good bed, bathroom and shower was perfect for one - might be cosy for two. Kettle and nespresso machine much appreciated. Location on the edge of the Quadrilatero and Centro districts allows you to walk everywhere within 30 mins with many places closer with public transport options (metro, tram, bus) close by. Good lunch options at cafes and bars on or just off the street. I'd definitely stay here again.
