เดือน พ.ค. เปิดฮีทเตอร์ไม่ได้ ตอนกลางคืนมันหนาว ผ้าห่มดูเก่าและไม่สะอาดทนใช้ไป 1 คืน ตอนเช้าจึงขอให้แม่บ้านเปลี่ยนให้ซึ่งก็ดีขึ้น ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อทำให้ห้องเหม็นไปด้วย

Je connaissais l’établissement mais il y a une dégradation !!

Aircon not available to us...26C in room...we booked another hotel...we received monies back

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana, in una delle vie più caratteristiche di Torino. Palazzo d’epoca quindi corridoi piuttosto stretti, ma tutto molto pulito. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Nella descrizione delle condizioni della struttura c’era scritto che l’albergo e le stanze hanno l’aria condizionata. Infatti nella camera c’era il dispositivo ma era spento e non lo si poteva utilizzare. Con le temperature di ben oltre 35 gradi, anche dormire diventava problematico. L’aria condizionata funzionava solo nei corridoi e parti comuni dell’albergo. Questa scelta, nelle giornate del caldo così pesante non la capisco e sono molto delusa.
La colazione a buffet - buona, c’era tutto quello che serviva.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good as well as room service.
Good connection from Metro XVIII Dicembre station to Porta Nova station and then to city center via Roma.
From hotel to city center within walking distance about 15-20 min.

Cons:

We don't recomend room number 508 . On the first day could be heard gurgling water from central airconditon.
We were informed that it will be not working at the night but it wasn't true. It stopped next day .
Central aircondition is making a rather loud noise so we had to use earplugs for sleeping.
