Cons:

Staff could have been more helpful or at least de-escalating when I got locked out of my room but instead, I had a very upsetting interaction with the front desk staff in which they were unable to help me or let me speak to a manager, suggested I try to break into my room through the window, and I had a panic attack and had to leave. The situation was eventually resolved with maintenance but they were not on site when the issue happened.

I really liked the location and ease of getting in and out of the property and room. Good views too
Pros:

The employees were so friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. When we got there the hot tub was cold. I notified the front desk and they responded that they were having their maintenance person look at it. Not much later I received a text that it would be hot in 45 minutes and it was!

Great for the price !
Pros:

Clean very cute decor lovely pool and hot tub . They had a great fire pit .

Cons:

It was a bit out of the city wish it was closer to the downtown area and the views were not the best

Overall, it's a decent play to stay
Pros:

Room is very clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. There was a huge TV and the parking is right in front of the room. Everything is great inside the room.

Cons:

The breakfast was way below the expectations, and there was no drinking water available in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was not rude, but a slightly more polite and welcoming tone when answering questions would enhance the guest experience.
