Przyjazny, relkasujący, bezpretensjonalny, panorama Warszawy w słońcu.. fantastyczna

Upgrade pokoju i zmiana na większy apartament Executive w Sheraton Warszawa okazał się świetną inwestycją To wręcz idealne miejsce jeśli chcemy być jednocześnie w ścisłym centrum, z widokiem na panoramę warszawskich wieżowców i 2 minuty od pałacowych terenów parkowych ciągnących się kilometrami. Doskonały wybór zarówno biznesowo jak i na weekendowy wypad do Warszawy. Apartament z oddzielną sypialnią, dużym salonem i dwiema łazienkami gwarantuje nieskrępowane, luksusowe, domowe warunki bez przeszkadzania sobie. Salonik klubowy na tym samym piętrze jest dość przytulny, zadbany i daje możliwość szybkiej przerwy na kawę lub przekąskę. Obsługa bardzo serdeczna, bezpretensjonalna. Charakter hotelu pozwala na swobodny styl zachowania i stroju.

Cons:

Obiekt ze względu na biznesowy format, nie rozpieszcza "welcome drinkiem" czy poczęstunkiem powitalnym czekającym w pokoju.
Najsłabszym, według mnie, punktem były śniadania - mocno przeciętne, brak serwisu kawowego, czy typowych serwowanych do stołu ciepłych dań śniadaniowych, obsługa zbyt wycofana.
Brak basenu.
Skromnej jakości TV z małą ilością kanałów, brak sprzętu audio, brak książek i czasopism.
Ponadrywane zasłony, średnie kosmetyki, brak możliwości zmiany poduszki na ortopedyczną, kilka przepalonych żarówek.

В целом норм, но не вау!

На этажах есть аппарат с питьевой водой. При необходимости можно набрать воду.
Круглосуточный тренажерный зал.

Cons:

Несколько лет назад я останавливалась в этом отеле. Тогда он очень понравился. В последующие приезды я останавливалась в других отелях в Варшаве. В последний приезд решила снова остановиться в Шератоне. Но он меня разочаровал. Нет былого уровня и уюта. Комната не очень понравилась, неуютная, на фото на сайте выглядит лучше.
В ванной нет предметов для личной гигиены - зубных щеток, зубной пасты. Коробочка, где должны были быть ватные диски и ушные палочки, была пуста во время заезда. Лежала пустая коробка после пользования предыдущими жильцами. Персонал не следит за этим. На следующий день никто также не обновил. Не было швейного набора (ниток и иголок), а он как раз понадобился. В общем, возите с собой все необходимые предметы личной гигиены и разные мелочи.
На ресепшене возьмут при заезде депозит 160 долларов на мини бар.

10/10 - fantastyczny hotel
Pros:

Pełen profesjonalizm i perfekcja w każdym calu. Bardzo miłe przywitanie na recepcji. Dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju (jako wylosowani "goście dnia) wraz z dostępem do club lounge.
Łóżka bardzo wygodne, śniadania pyszne.
Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Na pewno zatrzymamy się ponownie.
