Mimo drobnych usterek pewnie jeszcze tutaj zajrzę :-) Ogólnie polecam.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, piękny wystrój, sympatyczna obsługa, wygodne łóżko, ogólnie wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. To był w sumie bardzo udany pobyt.

Cons:

Proponuję zrobić przegląd ręczników, pościeli i sprawności technicznej np.telewizorów. Trafiłam na podarte ręczniki, niby spraną ale jednak widoczną plamę na ręczniku i na prześcieradle. Coś nie tak było z telewizorem, bo w dowolnych momentach się wyłączał a pilot czasami działał dość opornie. W hotelu o takim standardzie nie powinny się zdarzać tego typu rzeczy. Woda w pokoju była w karafkach (ekologia), ale szczerze mówiąc wolę wodę butelkowaną, zamkniętą.

Хорошо, но на 5 звезд чуть не дотягивает(

Отличное местоположение, прекрасная звукоизоляция в номерах, просторный номер делюкс (увеличенный), удобно наличие всевозможных вариантов подзарядок гаджетов. Много розеток.

Cons:

В номере было реально прохладно, только с третьей попытки попросить это исправить у нас получилось. Первые сутки мы мерзли. Да, я понимаю что аномально холодная погода, но отель 5 звезд и должен как-то решать возникшие неудобства! После третьей претензии нам поставили в номер маленький обогреватель и это хоть как-то улучшило ситуацию. Ванная комната большая и в ней нет ни полотенцесушителя ни какого другого способа хоть как-то нагреть это помещение. Реально мыться было холодно.

Outstanding service
Pros:

Thanks to Magdalena, we had an outstanding trip. My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Magdalena kindly recommended excellent restaurants serving traditional Polish cuisine, as well as remarkable places to visit, which greatly enhanced our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, thanks to her and the rest of the team.

The front office staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. In addition, the bar offered excellent cocktails, and the staff were knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions.

We will definitely be returning in a few months to explore everything we were unable to see during our first visit.
