Outstanding stay at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw
Pros:

The hotel is in a great part of town. Everyone at the hotel I interacted with was professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Justyna, who runs the lounge. She went far beyond the basics of good hospitality. She offered excellent restaurant recommendations, thoughtful suggestions for local art and music exhibits, and the kind of small, perfect details that make a visit feel personal rather than generic.

One example was her recommendation to visit the Warsaw Fotoplastikon, a stereoscopic theater from 1905. It is one of those places many tourists would never think to look for, but it gives you a completely different window into the city’s history and character.
