Wyjątkowy Hotel i Personel
Pros:

Moj ulubiony hotel w Warszawie. Wysoki komfort i wyjątkowy, uprzejmy personel, który niemożliwe czyni możliwym :). Pyszne śniadanie .Dodatkowo ładowarka elektryczna w garażu , wprawdzie wolna , ale ładowanie bezpłatne . Polecam!

Отличная гостиница, в самом центре города, супер завтраки и лаундж зона на 6 этаже, особое спасибо Магдалене, у мужа был день рождения, она позаботилась о цветах, шампанском и торте, все было просто супер!

The lounge service top notch!
Pros:

I’ve been traveling to Warsaw for extended stays over the past couple of years, and one of the highlights of every trip is seeing Paulina and Justyna in the lounge. They are absolute rock stars.

They are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant no matter how busy things are. Their professionalism is matched by their kindness, and they create an atmosphere that makes you feel truly valued as a guest. After so many visits, it’s become something I genuinely look forward to during my travels.

Paulina and Justyna are a huge part of what makes the experience so special. Warsaw is wonderful, but they are a big reason I keep coming back the Sheraton.

Wonderful staying wonderful service
Pros:

We stayed at Sheraton Grand Warsaw in Feb 2026 for 3 days, and it was a wonderful experience.
Very clean and confortable.
Breakfast is wonderful.
Room and room servive are great.
We have only good comments to give.
We had a wonderful service from the concierge Magdalena Kilar (very very helpful, great tips on where to go, what to do) and also Mr Francisco (from Spain) that gave us very good service, friendship and lots of smiles. And I can not forget to comment the attention we received from the front desk manager (i appologize but forgot his name, maybe George in english / ? In polish).
Also the restaurant was great.
Overall we had a Grade A+++ service over there.
I recommend.
And to the wonderful people that work there, I can say “Thank You very much”.
Note: my wife was very delighted with the hotel and service, and when wifes are happy, that is because
It is really good.
Note 2: we loved Warsaw.
