Pros:

Upon arriving checkin was easy, Hostess was kind and helpful. Its cost friendly but keep in mind no breakfast but plenty in town to go to or get it delivered, coffee provided in room and in common room. The King Room is clean, spacious and relaxing. Great Tv too. Thanks so much!

Some good, some bad…
Pros:

Positives: Room climate was nice. easy to adjust. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very good.
Negatives: no first floor rooms (didn’t seem that crowded), no elevator, I had three extremely heavy cases to lug upstairs. Hair dryer assembly came off the wall in my hands.
NO BALE ON THE HOOK AND BALE DOOR LATCH. Not a secure room…

Pros:

No one at the front desk. Sign directed me to call a number. This rang the front desk phone. After a few minutes someone came to check us in. Was informed no breakfast even though they advertised it.

Excellence in the details
Pros:

Greeted at check-in, wonderful customer service, both days. Needed to extend my stay and the Rep was courteous, suggested booking online to save, and promptly helped me to switch rooms and settle in for the weekend. Quiet and comfortable, enjoyed the stay and appreciated the service and support.

Extended stay
Pros:

Checked in for the night, and had to extend my trip the next morning, through the weekend. Great customer service for checking in, re-booking another room, saved on price because the rep suggested going back through Hotels.com. Switched rooms easily and setup for a comfortable weekend.

Do Not stay here!
Pros:

We arrived late, check in was fine. We had to awaken early (4:30 AM) for an appointment. Attempted to take a shower, the ENTIRE spout came off!!! Went to the desk, no one was on duty. There was a note saying someone would be in "soon". I attempted to get my money back, and they are refusing!

Pros:

I rented a room at this hotel because it was near Michigan's Adventure, next door to a walmart, not far from any restaurants, and the price wasn't terrible.
As soon as you walk in, you are hit with an overwhelming chemical smell that you can tell is being used in an attempt to cover up the musty/mold smell. The further in you get, the worse off it gets! This place has not not been kept up on. The walls and floors are filthy in the hallways and stairways.
I didn't feel any better when I walked into my room. Everything was covered in dust, the toilet wasn't clean, mold in the shower walls, ripped/stained furniture, broken blinds, disgusting curtains that havent been washed in years, and super uncomfortable beds. No breakfast is served here and the coffee is so horrible.
The steps leading to the outdoor pool are broken along every edge being very sharp and dangerous. One of our family members cut his leg going down them. The outdoor pool was so gross I wouldnt even dunk a toe!
The 3 staff members that I met were friendly and that is about the only thing this place has going for it. I can't imagine they are proud or happy to be working there. There is clearly a lack of management here, if any at all. Needs to be reported.

Pros:

Absolutely no amenities. Also, the place was old and dated. The bathroom door in our room scraped hard against the floor and required quite an effort to open and close. There was no quietly going to the bathroom at night. Lol. The hotel does sit on a beautiful piece of property though. Too bad it doesn’t match up to the surroundings it sits on. I wouldn’t go back.

Pros:

It’s obvious they don’t invest in the property to maintain it. Weeds in the cracks on the sidewalk entrance? Busted up nasty looking front door. It stunk too. Bad property.
