Their is the smells that we can't forget til now

It would be nice if they had an elevator.

Breakfast was lame.

The toilet wasn't working well

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.... TV did not work properly...hard to change channels and no sound. Attendant tried to fix it, but couldn't.

It’s pretty run down, carpet was stained and worn out. It was fairly noisy outside the building and quite a few flies inside the lobby.

toilet leaked and we had to keep a a towel on the floor to soak up the water.
Mattress was not comfortable.

Gap under front door. No extra blankets.shower curtin rod wes loose and werid.

Disorganized, gave us a wrong room with someone already on it

Requested a bottom floor room as I am handicapped and need both knees replaced, was put in a second floor room and staff would not change it, the night check in person was very rude and not accommodating, kept walking away from desk and standing around the corner while I was trying to check in and ask questions. Did the same thing to the next customer behind me, we didn’t know if we were finished checking in or not. Outside trash cans at the bottom of the stars were piled high and smelled really bad, the beds are worn out, the room was fairly clean except the shower. The pool had soo much chorine in it that everyone’s eyes were burning and we decided toed not to go back in the rest of our stay. Breakfast was basic, but good, waffles, cereal, juice and apples .

Situation between the front desk guy & what I am assuming was the owner? He was very upset with something she did that messed up his check in process. Line of people waiting & he was cussing & then left saying he quit leaving the woman not really knowing how to handle the situation. They left all customers in the office waiting while they hashed it out in the parking lot. Very un professional

The pool was not very clean and other guests were horrible about following rules - which made the experience chaotic, but happens so we didn't let it really ruin anything for us. The room itself was fine but definitely had a lot of repairs that were needed. All of that was not bad at all! The guy staff member was the thing that made the experience difficult... For some reason there was a parental control on the TV in our room not allowing us to watch the one kid-friendly show we found. I called and asked if they knew how to fix it. The person on the phone was short, said he couldn't fix it and hung up. Then, at check out, no one was at the counter. I read a sign to call if no one is at the table. I stood there for a while waiting for someone, only to be asked what I needed.... I asked about a check out process and he said just leave the keys. I just don't understand why he was short and not very helpful...

The internet kept going out. The coffee maker doesn't make a full cup. Should bring your own, and your own coffee.
