Location and accommodations were amazing!
The location was perfect for us near the Austerlitz train station. It was a good base to explore what we wanted to see in Paris. We loved having our own refrigerator and coffee making facilities. There are heaps of small restaurants and bars along the front of the street below the hotel, which was very handy.
We found the room quite small and as we are on an extended trip we have large suitcases, however we were only able to open one at a time by putting it on the bench? Also whilst the location is great there must have been a hospital nearby because the ambulance and police sirens went endlessly, although most nights it did get quieter.
Of all the hotels I stayed in during my European tour, this was definitely my favorite. The location is incredibly convenient and central, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars, and several tourist attractions within walking distance. It is easily accessible and only around 18 minutes from the airport by taxi.
The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return.

The property was close to the Metro & RER. Drinking water was freely available and reception staff were available 24/7.
The property is old and showing signs of age. The room was very small and a little smelly.

Il prezzo richiesto per la colazione (14€ cad.) era ridicolo, rispetto all'offerta, che non contemplava alimenti senza-glutine. La dimensione di quello che viene definito "cosy single-bedroom" del tutto inadeguata: ho urtato testa, gomito e piedi solo per mettermi il pigiama. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare: sulla moquette, capelli di precedenti inquilini.
