Incredible staff
Pros:

The staff- they were all so lovely. Genuinely very kind people. I could not understand the drain on my first day and they were so willing to help. They let us leave our bags behind after check out and when we returned before our flight they gave us loads of advice re getting to the airport, getting snacks in advance etc without us even asking. Really so lovely!

Cons:

The room is a tiny bit cramped but this is only to be expected with this location at this price range! It was still very appropriately sized for an action-packed holiday ... the room was really just a place to sleep/shower.

Localisation ultra pratique, propre et accueillant, mais côté prestations/confort c'est très basique
Pros:

Personnel et accueil parfait. Localisation super pratique au pied du métro. Literie confortable et très propre. Fontaine à eau, salon d'accueil et bagagerie gratuite.

Cons:

Chambres minuscules, isolation phonique mauvaise (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans d'autres chambres ou dans le couloir), hôtel à rafraîchir (moquettes dans les chambres, couleurs très sombres, salle de petit déjeuner très petite)
