Séjour fatigant et peu agréable à cause du bruit et du froid.
Pros:

rien : je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit : trop de bruit: le metro aérien qui passe devant ma fenêtre jusqu'à deux heures du matin et alarmes nombreuses des ambulances toute la nuit du samedi, j'ai eu froid .
Soi-disant bien insonorisé... le lit n'est pas confortable si loué par les clients...

J'ai oublié une crème cicatrisante. J'ai appelé pour le signaler, on m'a dit qu'on allait me rappeler mais je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle. Donc soit ma crème a été gardée soit jetée à la poubelle. C'est bien dommage !

La ubicación, cerca del metro y con restaurantes cerca. Amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Estaban reparando las habitaciones continuas, lo que significaban sentir ruido desde temprano de las personas trabajando. Además, los peldaños de las escaleras estaban cubiertos con plástico debido a los mismos trabajos, lo que dificultaba el traslado en ellas, haciéndolo peligroso, ya que el ascensor está en entrepisos. Es tercera vez que alojamos ahí y me hubiese gustado que lo hubieran considerado o me preguntaran si queríamos estar así. En cuanto al desayuno había escasez de queso y jamón, teniendo que pedir por ello.

L'emplacement et qualité de l'accueil

Cons:

Chambre très petite. Les photos du site ne sont pas du tout représentatives. Chambres mal insonorisées au niveau du couloir, il y a un espace d'au moins 1cm sous la porte ce qui laisse passer tous les bruits du couloir. Le matelas est confortable mais les oreillers ne le sont pas.

La chambre était très correcte pour le prix : propre, confortable avec une grande salle de bain bien propre.
