Comfortable enough and very easy for the Metro.
Pros:

The room was good overall, and the location was good - two easy metro stops from Gare du Nord, and a stone's throw from the metro station

Cons:

The shower was not good, and the towels were thin and small.
The main problem was that, on arrival, I was asked to fill in the equivalent of API for Eurostar - details for both myself and my companion, including home address, passport details etc. I had two problems with this. First the choices were either illogical or badly translated - I had no choice other than "Sir" for my title (and I am not Sir John Probert) and my companion could be "Madam" or "Miss", and there was no choice of "passport" as identity document. Second, the receptionist told me I could/should have filled it all out before arrival. If that's the case, why didn't either Booking.com or the hotel ASK ME TO DO SO? If you did, please refer me to where you asked me. I have never had to do this before, but maybe it's new, like the new EES (which is a mess!). If it's new, it's not working very well!

Pros:

The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony with a view of the street. The location is also in more peaceful side of Paris as the streets were not crowded.

One problem spoiled a good stay
Pros:

Location was good for restaurants, bars, Metro, walking distance from main train stations, supermarkets. WiFi was surprisingly good. Watched a football match online with no problems.

Cons:

Walls are truly paper thin. Woken many times by other guests talking and shouting. So obvious that I suggested they put notices up asking guests to respect eachother. Like Premier Inn does. Ruined a perfectly good stay.

Pros:

L’accueil, le personnel en général, la réception ouverte 24/24, les produits de douche, surface de chambre correcte pour Paris

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue !!! Insupportable ! On a le sentiment que l’extérieur est à l’intérieur, étant dans le domaine ce n’est pas étonnant quand on regarde la gamme de châssis plus que médiocre. Le son de la tv très bas de gamme.
