L'hotel è situato davanti a una deliziosa rosticceria cinese; verso Bolivar (3 minuti) c'è una buona pizzeria gestita da un simpaticissimo siciliano e un'area pedonale con bistrot e dehors.
Inoltre si trova ai piedi della Butte de Chaumont, un polmone verde da visitare, con laghetti e colline dove trascorrere ore in mezzo alla natura e poi riprendere la marcia. Vicino alla Villette e 10 minuti a piedi dal canale St.Martin verso Republique. Dietro l'angolo una boulangerie d'eccellenza "Le Mie Saveurs" con torte di mele, brownies e quiches top. Au revoir Paris!

Cons:

La fermata Jaurés dopo le 22 è abbastanza sconsigliabile per degrado e vicinanza a Stalingrad, quartiere a rischio

Pros:

Tuba oli mugav, puhas, kõik vajalik olemas. Ühistransport väikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel, kasutasime enamasti bussiga liiklemist. Lähedal on ka poed.

Cons:

Koridoris on palju treppe, peab väga tähelepanelik ja ettevaatlik olema, et ei komistaks. Kanali ääres on pikad telklaagrid, aga sinna ei saa ju hotell midagi parata.

Pros:

Clean, quiet (my room overlooked the courtyard), and just a 2-minute walk from the metro station (Jaurès).
The room was equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, and a small fridge.
The air conditioning system was efficient and quiet.
Free drinking water refills were available at the reception.
Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, especially Arul and Oussama.

Cons:

The room is practical but a little small. The pillows were not very comfortable.

would be nice to have lights on the stairs. it was very dark. could be a safety hazard.

Ci è piaciuto:
- avere la possibilità di poter riempire la nostra borraccia con acqua fresca ogni volta che lo desideravamo.
- abbiamo gradito la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli in hotel in modo gratuito;
- nelle stanza abbiamo avuto la possibilità di farci un caffè o un thè, quasi ogni mattina;

Cons:

- la pulizia delle stanze era poco meticolosa.
- avremmo gradito che la colazione fosse inclusa nel prezzo o che costasse un po' meno per quello che offre.
- avremmo gradito che le capsule del caffè ci venisse ricaricato ogni mattina.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Wir konnten morgens ein Express-Frühstück wahrnehmen. Die Lage ist mit vielen Verkehrsanbindungen vor der Tür sehr gut und das Bassin de la Vilette ist sehr hübsch. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zwei Supermärkte und viele Restaurants
