Vicinissimo alla metropolitana, stanza nuova, bagno nuovo e pulito, acqua fresca a disposizione nella reception

Appena arrivati Ho dovuto riempire un form su un tablet per tutti i partecipanti, eravamo appena arrivati stanchi, i miei genitori anziani, ho dovuto chiedere cortesemente di dare intanto una camera loro per riposarsi. Dopo un po’ di trattativa mi è stata concessa. Ad ogni modo sono stata 20 minuti su un tablet a inserire dati.

Nelle lenzuola ho trovato una cimice e i bicchieri, appollaiati su una mensola minuscola, per bere il caffè non sono mai stati sostituiti, abbiamo dovuto lavare le tazze al bagno con l’acqua calda del bollitore.

La stanza si trovava al primo piano, abbastanza rumorosa, nonostante avessi prenotato tanti mesi prima, mi aspettavo almeno di avere un piano alto.

Pros:

They up graded us from what we had to a better room that was in the back and nice and quiet. It could have been a problem if other people were partying. We could hear people through the walls.

The bed was comfy.
Close to rhe subway.

Not sure what the room would have been like in if we got the one we booked but sounded like a different building and not renovated.

We got the brunch which was well stocked.

Cons:

It was somewhat hard to find the room the numbers were confusing and not well labeled to find our room.

Camera con vista
Pros:

Posizione ottima per la vicinanza della stazione della metro, è su una strada trafficata ma si riesce comunque a riposare tranquilli, la colazione è completa di tutto dal salato al dolce, sempre uguale giorno dopo giorno ma direi abbondante e non mancava nulla. Carina anche se piccola la camera con balcone

Il personale potrebbe essere un po più amichevole, a parte due receptionist , una signora al nostro arrivo e partenza e un altro, il resto delle persone così così, poco propense al saluto, al sorriso, a farti sentire un ospite benvenuto, anche le due donne presenti alla colazione al mattino.
La pulizia delle camere al di sotto delle aspettative, non hanno svuotato i cestini, non hanno sostituito i kit di benvenuto con caffè e te (finite le bustine di bevande solubili se volevi in caffè uscivi)non hanno lavato i bicchieri, non hanno mai spolverato i pochissimi mobili in camera...
Camera piccola ma carina, l'orribile moquette sul pavimento inguardabile.

Fantastisch verblijf tijdens hittegolf – Absolute aanrader!
Pros:

Eind mei verbleven wij in Libertel Canal Saint-Martin tijdens een periode met code geel vanwege de extreme hitte in Parijs. Het hotel heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. De zorg voor de gasten tijdens deze warme dagen was top: de kamers waren heerlijk koel dankzij de goed werkende airconditioning en er stond op elk moment van de dag koud drinkwater klaar bij de receptie.
De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel sprong er echt uit, in het bijzonder Shaya van de front desk. Ook de schoonmaak was perfect: bedden werden dagelijks opgemaakt en lakens en handdoeken werden zeer regelmatig gewisseld. Voor alle medewerkers: bedankt voor de uitstekende service
De locatie is een ideale uitvalsbasis om Parijs te verkennen. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van Gare du Nord, met een bushalte en metrostation  bijna voor de deur. In de directe omgeving vind je volop restaurants, supermarkten, bakkers, een groen rustpunt rond de fontein van Georges Jeanclos en de bruisende omgeving van het Bassin de la Villette.

Cons:

Aandachtspunt voor het hotel: Bij de reservering blijft het helaas onduidelijk of je twee eenpersoonsbedden of een tweepersoonsbed krijgt. Hierover kregen we pas bij het inchecken duidelijkheid. Het zou een goede tip zijn om twee eenpersoonsbedden als optie (of eventueel betaalde upgrade) aan te bieden tijdens het onlineboekingsproces.
