The team was very successful, and I especially loved chatting with the Italian lady — she was incredibly sweet. The hotel’s location is excellent. On our first time in Paris, we stayed in the Champs-Élysées area and weren’t very satisfied, but this time we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for everything!

Cons:

Our room felt quite small for a 5-day stay; if the gentleman in charge hadn’t kindly upgraded our room, our experience wouldn’t have been this pleasant. We would like to thank him again for his kindness.

Pros:

Fint litet hotell med bra läge. Skön säng! Trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

Cons:

Ventilationen lät så mycket så man fick stänga av den på natten och ha fönster öppet mot innergård. Fungerade bra i februari.

Жили на нулевом этаже и в душевой не сходила нормально вода , что делило прием душа крайне некомфортным.

Exceptional hotel with the most stunning French boutique interior and exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. From the moment you walk in you can feel the attention to detail in every aspect. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We booked three rooms and each one felt special. The spa facilities were exceptional and the gym was stunning.

Design is great and brand new

Cons:

Beds are incredibly uncomfortable!! Second time staying in this hotel and not sleeping well as the pillows are super cheap and mattress is not comfortable.

Pros:

Idéalement situé dans un beau quartier, nous avons adoré la déco et l'ambiance de l'hôtel.
Personnel très gentil et serviable. La literie de très bonne qualité. Très bonne insonorisation.
Nous avons également apprécié le fait de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 11h le dimanche.

Cons:

La température dans la salle de bain insuffisante, un petit chauffage au sol aurait été un plus. Notre chambre n'était pas très grande, ça peut surprendre pour un 4* mais c'est un détail.
