Everyone working at this hotel are professional and personable. The location was superb for our purposes. Very convenient to the Conference Center. Eating was very good and within easy walking distance. The facility is clean and well managed.
We had no complaints or negatives.
Very helpful staff and good water heater
Toilet pressure was bad. At one point i thought it will be clogged. Had to flush many times and make sure it won't overflow. It's not that its clogged but the pressure is very weak.
It set up at a convenient shopping area and wedding venues
Both executive room had plumbing issues and water was leaking by the door every time I showered .
The hotel is tucked away. There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel- though everything is a short, quiet drive away. We did not eat at the hotel or use the pool or gym. Everything looked good though. Beds are very comfortable. Shower is good.
It’s an isolated location. The entrance is hard to find. The parking is a little far from the entrance. The rooms are clean but a little old.
This is my 3rd year staying at the hotel. I am a vendor at 2 shows a year and even though I live in the valley I always stay here as it is my getaway from home. The hotel ambiance is excellent, staff is excellent, as well as the bar.
The garbage pales in room too small

Everything was wonderful except, they did not refund my deposit so the whole stay ended up being about $55 more than I expected. Otherwise, I’d definitely be staying again.
