Great experience

Amazing staff and very clean and great experience.
Pros:

I was pleasantly superised how friendly everyone has been here. Particularly Luca at AZ brewing in the lobby. She was super nice and helpful. Recommending things to me. And always checking to make sure I had what I needed. And was super nice and chatting with me. And even remember med my name when I came back down for coffee the next morning. All in all was great. Definitely going to come here again.

I had a great time at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Mesa my room was clean and restful. The staff there was phenomenal specifically Evelin, Luca and Chef Carlos they helped make my stay enjoyable and because of their hospitality I would recommend others to stay there too I hope to visit again. Thank you all.

We hope to come again, now 5 years in. The view of the fire works from the pool, was timeless!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the party for the 250 was excellent, im glad they decorated, and loved the updated furnature!

Cons:

Everything was great, but the seating at the pool was limited. We had elderly with us, so we had to bring in our own chair, good thing we had one. The couches were nice, it all ended up working out at the end, most people were in the pool half the time, for a near perfect view of the fire works. With that said, a rumor was circulating, construction will begin were they set off fire works? We will just have to wait and see, what happens! Thank you for your great hospitality!

That cars that didn’t have a parking pass parked in the lot and I had to park in the parking garage on the 3rd floor and wall across to the hotel

I came in on the 4th of July, and the food and service was amazing, Chef Carlos was super friendly and the burgers were amazing, Evelin was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of, 10/10 experience

Very solid, well run hotel
Pros:

I was in Mesa for a family event and stayed at the hotel for three nights. It’s quiet, the staff are attentive and our room was clean. I ate breakfast downstairs each morning and Evelin was a ray of sunshine. She was pleasant, attentive and helpful. She clearly cares about her job and takes very good care of her customers. A+

Employees kindness and accuracy with service
Pros:

During our 6 night stay in Mesa we had always been treated with kindness and appreciative of the accuracy in our orders for breakfast. Our server in the mornings was Evelin, she was always so kind and cheerful it added to the start of our day and we appreciate it so much.

It was pretty decent, and affordable.
Evelin was the server/bartender and she was super sweet, very attentive and had an awesome attitude.

Amazing hotel, amazing customer service in the front desk and breakfast restaurant

And the restaurant Brian Evelyn was a great host. She was friendly. She was kind and very customer service oriented. I cannot wait to go back toDelta hotels by Marriott and enjoy the beautiful wonderful place but most of all Brian Evelyn attendant service I will give her five star review. She was great.
