Exceptional.
Pros:

Amazing view and only a short walk to the beach. The pool nearby is also very well designed and enjoyable. Great value.

Cons:

Not much, except the bed is bit not very comfy but nothing serious.

Pros:

Good location a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed. View of the beach from the room.

Cons:

No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there, we took our towels down to reception and then they sent up some clean ones. Many other guests wander back from the beach soaking wet and so the floors get wet and slippery.
The breakfast staff were completely disinterested, and spent their time on their phones despite the tables being full of dishes and food all over the floor. They didn't replenish the food and looked annoyed when I asked for more coffee.
The pool is very exposed, I'm not sure why they haven't put a fence around the front of it to offer some privacy.
