Nice location. Just needs some maintenance.
Pros:

The location was ideal. Just far enough from all the noise. But near enough to walk if you want the buzz. The price for the rooms was very good considering the location

Cons:

The rooms were lacking basic maintenance.. Ie shower holder broken. Kettle lid broken.
Breakfast very very basic. And many things were cold including the French fries. And fried rice to name but a few. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the breakfast. There was hot noddles soup. And a fried egg station. Coffee was Vietnamese very strong with no other options like a 3-1 or tea. .

Rapport qualité /prix
Petit déjeuner très correct avec personnel aimable
La meilleure pomme de douche jamais trouvée depuis très longtemps
Un détail : le rouleau de papier toilette directement à portée de main , sans avoir besoin de se contorsionner pour l’atteindre….croyez moi , c’est rare!

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception, certes charmant, incapable de vous saluer ( pas un good morning, pas un good evening…)ils ne tournent même pas la tête…
Vung Tau , ville très spéciale , qu’y faire si ce n’est visiter la statue du Christ ?
Et un vent !!!

Pros:

The hotel is not far from the beach. It's easy to walk. The bed is comfortable. The sea view is excellent. Friendly staff.

Cons:

There are no balconies, and the windows can't be opened. The pool is next to the hotel, right next to the road. The pool isn't fenced in. It's most likely unheated. I didn't see anyone in it the entire day. Some areas of the room could use some renovation. Sounds from the hallway can be heard through the door, but it wasn't too bothersome. The breakfast was average in terms of variety and taste, in my opinion.

Everyone at the reception and housekeeping were great
