We were very satisfied with our stay at the Holiday Inn in Lisbon. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive – a wide selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, juices, pastries, pancakes, cheeses, cold cuts, and eggs. There was something for everyone. Dinner offered a similar buffet-style experience with tasty starters, main courses, and desserts. Wine and beer were also available and complemented the meals perfectly.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent for exploring Lisbon, with easy access to major tourist attractions and public transport.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with great food and excellent service.

good sized room, appreciated the table and the chairs, plenty of room to layout the luggage
very responsive staff, when needed more towels

Cons:

towels a bit too used,
first time using shower, water from showerhead went out and wet the floor (had to use two towels to wipe up the water from the floor) as the pane glass for shower was too small and caused lots of splash outside bathtub, not well designed
shower pressure very good.

Pros:

The front desk staff was extremely professional and nice. I had a situation with my booking which would have caused serious issues, but Front Office Manager Francelino went out of his way to help me and fix the situation.

Hotel wie man es von der Hotelkette erwartet. Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber, Frühstück sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß genug und recht konfortabel eingerichtet, auch wenn nicht alles ganz neu ist. Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Tiefgarage für Mietwagen ist sehr praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich.

Cons:

Metrostation ist etwas weiter weg. Bus oder Bolt klappt in Lissabon aber immer. Leider war die Heizung in einem unserer Zimmer defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert.
