TODO era lamentable. Cama de 90 cm, almohada sin apenas relleno, colchón muy deteriorado, mobiliario de la antigua RDA imagino ¡madrugué para salir huyendo de allí!

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist grundsätzlich freundlich und versucht Probleme bestmöglich zu lösen.

Cons:

Ich habe noch nie so ein schmutziges und herunter gekommenes Hotelzimmer gesehen. Alles hat geklebt. Die Fenster verschmiert. Es stank übel nach Rauch. Die Möbel waren schon mit Bezügen abgedeckt- ich möchte nicht wissen wie es darunter aussieht. Ich habe zum Glück ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen. Dort hätte ich nicht bleiben können. Nachts gab es noch einen Feueralarm. Kein Wunder wenn überall in dem Hotel geraucht wird.

Staff were nice

Cons:

The fire alarm went off in the early morning waking us up to evacuate the hotel which I had seen happens to other guests on multiple occasions. I didn’t like how the room keys were physical keys, it felt very out dated and unsafe as a solo traveller. The room itself was extremely outdated and unclean. There was also no phone in the hotel room to connect with reception if needed. Will 100% not be returning

Hotel situato in una posizione molto strategica per raggiungere il centro o la Fiera
Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda, perché vicino alla fermata del Tram N. 11 e a poca distanza dal capolinea della Metro U6.
La mia camera (una matrimoniale) era spaziosa ed abbastanza silenziosa, il letto confortevole ed il bagno aveva un grande doccia.

Cons:

L' arredamento è un pò datato ed il cambio degli asciugamani era solo su richiesta.

Il prezzo pagato e la ampiezza della camera la doccia bella ampia, e la posizione comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

La moquette che è davvero segno di antico, il fatto che non ci fosse la possibilità di fare la colazione e il fatto che per farti pulire la camera lo dovevi chiedere

Great value for money in a good neighborhood of Frankfurt.
Pros:

The Plaza Hotel is in a convenient location in the eastern part of Frankfurt not far from the Hanauer Landstraße, a major east-west thoroughfare leading into downtown. There are a number of good restaurants and cafes nearby and it‘s only about a five minute walk to the Ostend metro station.
The hotel is quiet and comfortable and the staff are always polite and friendly!

Cons:

There‘s some construction nearby, but every construction project ends at some point. It was only a very minor inconvenience.
