Altamente strategico e comodo
Pros:

In una posizione strategica per muoversi in tutta Francoforte, vicinissima alla metro e con diverse soluzioni di ristoranti o market vicinissimi.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati nel periodo più caldo e afoso della stagione, abbiamo vagato come zombie per trovare in tutta Francoforte un ventilatore senza successo, l'ultimo giorno, prima di partire, ci siamo accorti che nascosto dietro alla testa vicino al muro c'era un ventilatore a colonna... scemi noi. Consiglio alla struttura comunque di mettere in posizioni visibili i vari confort della camera.

Decent location, fair price, needs renovation snd public TV access.
Pros:

Well-located near Frankfurt-Ost railway station, great value for money, friendly, accommodating staff.

Cons:

No general TV availability. I didn‘t know a hotel had an opt-out for German public TV channels. I had to watch the World Cup on my smartphone! Also, a very „aromatic“ Indian restaurant on the ground floor. A number of „long-term“ residents, according to staff.

Very disappointing stay – not worth the price
Cons:

We stayed here for three nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found a used coffee cup and a pair of wireless earbuds from a previous guest under the bathroom sink, as well as a lighter behind the curtain. The table was also still dirty. Honestly, I feel like we left the room cleaner than we found it.
The room included a kitchenette, but it was so poorly equipped that preparing even a simple meal was difficult. There was only one cooking pot, some of the dishes were not clean, and there wasn’t even a kitchen towel provided. The kitchenette seemed more suitable for boiling water than actually cooking.
Several facilities also did not work as advertised. Not all power outlets were functioning, the elevator was out of service, and the “high-speed internet” mentioned in the description was nowhere to be found.
The parking situation was also frustrating. The garage gate could only be opened by reception, but the bell did not always work, meaning someone had to walk to reception whenever the gate needed to be opened. This became especially inconvenient when other cars were waiting.
Overall, this stay felt poorly managed and lacking in basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. I would not recommend this property.

Pros:

Badeværelset var helt fin og ren - alt fungerede her.
Beliggenheden til formålet (Ironman) var ganske fin og rimelig central.

Cons:

Lys fungerede ikke
Manglede en del bestik i køkkenet - f.eks. var der slet ingen knive. Kun en kop og tallerken samt ingen bøtter til diverse.
Køleskabet fungerede kun meget ringe, fryseboksen duede slet ikke.
Ingen ventilation - kun en lille mobil fane der skubbede varm luft rundt.

Pros:

La amabilidad del chico de recepción, muy dispuesto ayudar, el lugar queda muy céntrico y puedes llegar fácilmente a todo desde allí, la habitación muy amplia y con cocina que viene súper

Cons:

La limpieza muy escasa, hacía calor y no cuentan con aire acondicionado y en los meses de verano se pasa muy mal, la ventaja es que nuestra habitación no le daba el sol directo y vino bien pero si fuera el caso contrario se pasaría fatal
